About her father, I loved that flashback image. I actually had to look at it twice to make sure it was a gun and not a bottle.

IMO after ep 2, I don't think Julis is that bad as far as Tsunderes go. It seems like in reality she more of the milder ones since she isn't constantly violent. Which just further makes the dumb cliche that happened in the first episode all the more stupid.

At this point for me the best thing about this show is Saya, and the OP and ED. I might just stick around for those three things.

Saya has this "adorable sassy sidekick/mascot" aura around her that I find very entertaining to watch.

I'm surprised the anime is quite well done. The fight scenes all look awesome. It seems to be the same for all the other anime this season, like Asterisk, Rakudai, Utawarerumono, Antimagic Academy etc... Did all the studios suddenly get a massive budget injection from an investor or something?

Oh yea, need to watch one punch man too. And the new gundam series. Damn, im flabbergasted, so many quality anime to watch this season. I haven't seen this in years...

Really, Claudia really look older than her actual age.
It is game over for Ayato is he does the same thing when he first met Julis in her room and after their duel interruption.

I finally watched the second 2 episode and it was satisfying. It wasn't that great but it wasn't that bad. The Good Animation made up the standard story bearable. Plastering fan service here and there, won't make something good but still watchable, though Claudia is too distracting, even her after credits hosting. They made it bounce to pronounce for fan service.

But this one seems to have more of a plot than cavalry. The sister story really drew me in. He seems to have loved her very much, because when the student council president was talking about her he clenched his fist in anger. I loved the part when he told her that he came there to find what he was supposed to do and then we learn from a flashback that he wanted to protect his sister and her desire was to protect him. It seems like he is there to find her more then to go to school and he's hiding it from everyone Can't wait for episode 3 and I love the ending OST ...it's addicting

I going to continue to watch Cavalry but I'm disappointed after watching episode 2 because it seems like the plot is going to go nowhere Where's my excitement and anticipation of the next episode !
