Well, tanjiro turns into a demon....cant say i got suprised on that one.

Th series should be ending tbh, Muzan was a big letdown, barely any cool moves, nothing but the inability to kill already exhausted demon hunters for over 1.5 hours. Well, not as bad as what happened in NNT but he sucks as a final villain.

Now lets see if at least tanjiro has some cool blood demon powers.

Ultimately that means that Tanjirou is more of a demon right now than any of the Upper Moons.
If KnY get new arc instead swift conclusion, I can imagine Tanjirou having his "inner" Muzan as advisor of sort as he power ups, even if it's just echo.

Tanjirou... please don't tell me that he just killed Kanao right there

it is really unbelievable that Nezuko managed to hang on Tanjirou like that
I hope he really opened his eyes in next chapter, we could not see him becoming a demon further
it is painful

Sanemi needs to help.. Giyuu could not fight this alone

That was resolved pretty quickly. Seems like this should all wrap up in about 5 chapters.

it is actually okay
losing your eyes are definitely better than losing limbs, like others

although it is a pity since her eyes are so pretty

I think she has one functional eye.
Otherwise she wouldn't be looking at the siblings.

What a relief that there was at least one more scene with Muzan. As cheesy as the chapter was, what won me over was the complete rejection of everything Muzan was saying to the point that he was begging Tanjirou not leave him behind. A much better fitting and pathetic end to him as a villain.

Its difficult to tell if Kanao really is blind in both eyes; same with one of Tanjirou's eyes. Her looking towards them isn't really indicative of anything as it could easily be written away.

To be fair it's not like Muzan had any other option at that point, so I wouldn't call it mistake

That and Muzan was always evil and so never had any much understanding of good. That battle sure took a long time but at least its finally over and the younger ones are alive and somewhat intact. I wonder if Tanjiro and Nezuko really can just go home or if it won't be that simple.

I can't imagine what they could actually do for five more chapters. I expect three more at most, and even that feels like it's pushing it.

And so, Muzan is defeated...honestly quite a underwhelming end imo. Had expected something more given the MC getting so many powerups in this arc.

Anyway, overall this series was a nice read, the fights had been depicted in a really great manner, panelling was on point, and the art developed quite nicely as well. A good shounen, however its nothing i will really miss or remember for years and years to come i guess.

Well, that was anticlimactic. After the lame "Boss fight" (the sword demon fight was way better) I had hopes it was just a ruse to get to the real Boss fight as in the hero was the final End Boss all along, but nope. We talk-jutsu now. And extra never mentioned drug until it was needed.
Boring.

It gets worse if you think about how Nezuko started going to the battlefield as if something that would require her to fight would happen but it ends with her not doing anything of importance.

Really wasted opportunity.

I'm actually glad for that. Some people expected her to be the final, secret Upper Moon, or expected her to meet the escaping Muzan, who gets her blood, and enters Ultimate Muzan. She came in clutch in the Red Light District and the Swordsmith Village, let the Pillars do their thing instead. Obanai was in serious need of action and he didn't dissapoint. Probably the MVP of the boss battle.

Really wasted opportunity.
Nezuko instinctively left her hiding place to save Tanjirou, and that is what she did.

Tanjirou wouldn't have come back to his senses if it weren't for her and Kanao. It is also thanks to her that Tanjirou didn't manage to kill anyone as a demon. That mouth beam could have taken lives.

I'd say she has been pretty important for the last few chapters.
