I wish you would make it more clear what purpose your reply is serving because it sounds like you don't understand what "carefree" means? It's a criticism people give to each other when one person believes that the other person was slacking off and playing around when there was work to be done. At least that's how it can be used in this particular context.

[QUOTE=Dormouse;5210021]I just find it hard to find a word that won't sound weird in the English equivalent sentence lol. A lot of the time it ends up awkward as hell sounding lol.

how about 'time'? It also fit with what kaito wrote except the first sentence

now back to hiding

I've considered all these, lol. It's because all these words are inadequate in my opinion, that I hate translating 余裕. -le sigh-

余裕 is most accurately translated as allowance (in time, power, money, mental composure, ability or anything else). That's why it's not really carefree. The issue isn't his attitude, but rather what was physically/mentally possible for him. Either he had enough allowance of (X) to do so, or he didn't. But yes, writing 'carefree attitude' would easily work. I could come up with any number of other things, but they'd still just be iffy translations. Sometimes in a conversation, 余裕 will be repeated, and when the sentence changes, the word I used before (like 'carefree') suddenly doesn't work as well.

Also I think Kaito was just musing about whether or not it would work in the childbirth situation. May or may not, unsure.

Welcome to how I feel every time that word comes up in translation.

The purpose is nothingness same as with everything I type I had no meaning in the lines I posted they were just made up on the spot demonstrating that yoyuu is often used to make no sense in context.

I don't particularly have any comments about it, just mindless ranting.

It doesn't make sense in the way it's used it would be like if someone started using "Slammin~" as a catchphrase whenever something good happens.

I just won the lottery! Slammin~

What? I mean you can make sense out of it, but it's the wrong usage of the word itself. Yoyuu gets used like that pretty often.

The way it ends up being used in a lot of those ones I posted would be "No problem" or "Too easy", "room to spare". Often times you have to pick words completely unrelated to the word itself to fit it into the sentence.

@Dormouse putting aside the childbirth situation I've seen it used exactly like that.

For some reason Sylphy always has a certain voice in my head, but I don't know which character/seiyuu I've subconsciously taken it from. Hm...

I just noticed that there's 9 rumors of school in vol 14. So, Rudeus as a banchou has left many legends, hah. Also, Vanant are yoy waiting for the other previous ch to be translated until you put your translation in BT? Because you already done with the Eris ss a few days ago but it's still hasn't put on BT yet.

Maybe, Natsume from Tokyo Ravens would fit... about the only way she could pull off a real guy is if she remained Silent as well... and wore sunglasses.

Well, though she fits, for me at least it's not Hanazawa Kana. I would've recognised her if it was, lol. By the way, I hated that anime lol. The pacing was completely broken imo. The novels were so fun though >:

I'll upload them when we get closer to volume 13/14. I don't like having just one blue chapter here and there. Looks ugly (lol).

Regardless of if he's an earth saint, or a water saint or whatever, he'll never leave as many legends as this banchou (lol):

so whose voice do you think will fit the role?
maybe i'm biased but i think she (hanazawa) would fit the role quite nicely.

aside from that, who do you think will fit the role for the other 2 wives?

I think Hanazawa Kana's voice is a little too 'soft' to play Sylphy. It works though, I guess, but I feel that there should be someone else better suited to voice her.

As for Eris, the first name to pop into my mind was Rie Kugimiya, but not long after that I decided against that because Rie's voice might be too squeaky. On the other hand, she has played roles where her voice came off deeper and rougher.... a conundrum, maybe Rie could voice Eris?

As for Roxy.... my inferior brain is too weak to handle processing such a divine task.

Have you heard her in Tokyo Ghoul?

And man, I'm never reading ahead again. Motivation(TL speed) drops by like 75%.

Something unpleasant must have occurred then. Considering the work you put in, you deserve a break my friend.

I feel like Hanazawa Kana would fit the role of Sylphy well as per the reasons mentioned above.

For Eris, I don't Kugimiya Rei would fit. She might work up to the point where they separate but after that they would have to get a different seiyuu.

And I think Kayano Ai would be able to fit the role of Roxy. She played as Shiina from Sakurasou and Shiro from NGNL... So I would hope she can do an omega good job ;3
Although I could see the argument that her voice isn't low enough but I can't think of any other seiyuu that would fit better

I got a questioned regarding volume 11. It was during the time when Nanahoshi was singing something called "Anison", though I have no clue about it. I checked some things online, there were something called Animax Anison Grand Prix, Love Anison, Anison Sprint, and thus have no clue...about what is this about.

Anison = Anime song, Rudy don't know the name of the song because of the generation gap.

Wow, I feel like like a donkey right now. I been so expose to anime, I didn't really think what they are truly called. I feel naive right now. Also, volume 11 is completed, that Norm chapter was really good.
