It seems they really made it pass the point of no return after the Evokers.

It's nice in theory, but in reality Kengo isn't really used anymore unless you use Kaneshige, since without it Rising Force can do the same job more effectively.

If you're making Kaneshige anyway, the event isn't really saving you much time.

Now if it was Glorybringer or Rising Force on the other hand...

What just happened? Gacha roulette landed on a 20, then it reset itself and landed on Gachapin Frenzy. Is this a new gimmick or is it a bug?

New gimmick.
There is even an animation where the entire roulette gets replaced with 200 pulls only.

I started GBF just a few days ago :3 Absolutely no idea what I'm doing, just moving on with story quests.

And do the side stories too so you can gather the entry level SSR weapon and summon stones.
Then begin your daily raids of the 6 elemental Magna.
You should repeat that until you finish 1.0 magna grid for all element.
Also, never pull gacha outside the Legend Fes and Grande Fes.
And if you are a paying player, dumping money in the upcoming Valentine Grand Fes is highly recommended.

Hate to say this, but 3 is weak. 6,7,9,10 are much better investment.
