Whew, another singularity completed. Another strong one. Be tough to say which I liked more between Camelot and the America one since they both had good moments. But these sorts of story segments are a big reason why I enjoy playing this game. Collecting servants is great, but the overall story does keep me invested in what is going on.

Quite a few answers being given which was nice

. They didn't waste much time confirming some speculation about Mash and finally delving into who the heroic spirit she was fused together with was. Answers! But wasn't too shocking to find out how she was created. That she wasn't a normal human and was 'created' was certainly implied heavily throughout the story. But certainly adds some tension to things knowing she could just run out of gas at any time. The pressure is definitely there to resolve things and hopefully use the grails to keep her alive and give her a normal life.

I honestly hadn't looked too hard into the Knights of the Round table to leave a surprise about who that heroic spirit was. So it was a bit of a surprise to find out it was Galahad. Makes sense. Props to the guy for helping out both in staying dormant and eventually deciding to grant her the power of a demi-servant. Her upgraded skill and noble phantasm are pretty nice. Enjoyed having her leveled and her skills maxed out before, but she's just even more useful now. Always room for Mash on a team.

Obviously there was no avoiding the whole 'Daddy Lancelot' business around the internet. But at least wasn't sure how he related to Mash until the story got to that point. It was amusing having Mash being a belligerent and angry daughter whenever Lancelot was around

. Definitely got the relationship between this version of Galahad and Lancelot.

There was a lot going on with this one. It's a bit too bad the Egypt portion was pretty limited, only going there a few times in the story of the singularity. Ozy is pretty darn awesome and Nitocris was adorable. Wouldn't have minded summoning either of them, but didn't manage it in the limited pulls I did. Got Lancelot though so another strong Saber added to my group of strong Sabers.

I liked a lot of this one. The assassins were pretty awesome. Got the debut of the legendary assassin, one heck of a scary guy. Though kind of amusing meeting him after not managing to avoid the whole 'Gramps' memes and comics out there.

This one definitely had a lot of down moments and slaughter. With America there was a war going on and people being worked to the bone...but this one really showed the civilian casualties front and center. Or as much as they could with the way they present deaths/action out of combat.

A nice twist with Bedivere. You kind of saw some things coming in terms of what his sin might have been. But I didn't see him being a human knight that had been carrying around Excalibur coming. That was pretty good. And an effective way with Merlin's involvement to have a regular human fighting on the level as a servant make sense (unlike poor Nero's singularity).

In terms of a threat I wanted to see beaten down...I still kind of lean towards Cu Alter as a threat over the Lion King. While it's true more atrocities were committed in Camelot, we got to see Cu Alter out there doing more things. He took down a ton of servants through the story and established his personal threat level. America did a bit better I think at the climax since the army of demon pillars that the other servants had to fight still had real tension and allowed for good character moments. But Camelot still did a nice job.

Obviously a wait is in store before the next singularity, but this was a good story to go through.

Congrats. May the Caster Nero bless me next year when she arrives for the 2019 Summer Event in NA. Definitely one of the servants I'd like to get at some point.

Death Race rerun part II starts tomorrow at 18:00, gacha starts individual rate-up on Sunday... really DW? You want to force us to roll on no rate-up gacha if we want to farm?

Was able to deal with challange without using CS. Though, only from the fithth try. Got some issues with party comp as I do not remember the CQ details already. 4-kun quests was quite easy after this.

11 tickets and a 10 roll. Got Helena. Better than nothing but I really am cursed to not get the SSR of part 2 of summer gacha. Let's see if this holds true for this year as well.

I have a one-year anniversary event question...

Which one gave you guys better results? Knights or Horsemen? I have none of the knights and only 2 horsemen (Tamamo and Xuanzang) if they use the same characters as in 2016.

New chapter means story quartz. Which I need badly as I saw pink(Medb) and blew all I had(90 quartz). Only got NP2 Berserker Fran and NP2 Tomoe. And more old man event CE to LB yet again.

I had a really bad day today, but the light was brightest in the end. I really wanted to roll on this banner but I only had 6 tickets and 59 quartz. As I struggled to decide whether or not to spend my $170 on quartz, I left my house and pulled while walking. All single.

Horsemen. The number of "meh" characters are fairly minimal (off the top of my head, it'd be only Vlad and maybe Nightingale, but even they aren't horrid), whereas the Knights have a good number of units that are easily surpassed by 4-stars (Arjuna, Arturia, and Arturia Lancer, with Altera and Mordred not being amazing by most measures either).

So did the Knights gacha and got Artoria Lancer. Nice! I'm glad to get a story locked servant.
I also got Da Vinci!
So now I have 25 SSRs!!

And the Cavalry pull....turned into Waver! You know, I'll take that. First 5* that isn't a Saber or Extra Class servant. Will admit that I was hoping a bit for Tamamo. But I can definitely use Waver on my Arts teams and honestly on a bunch of different teams. I did need a strong support servant. Currently have options for damage dealing.

Well now to keep saving up quartz and tickets for the future.

My Calvary pull got me Ozymandias, so it was a good roll for me. I'll admit that I was worried that this game was going to give me either Medb or NP2 Drake when I saw that Rider card.

I did Calvary and got Drake and NP2 Sanzang. I admit I was hoping for Waver, Dino Cu, Jack or Ozy... but upping Sanzang isn't bad either. Now to save for the beach versions....

In JP is running Summer '17 rerun. I cleared both shops already, stockpiled enough wheals for 16M QP, also working on stockpile golden coins on part II with Natural AP.

Meanwhile in NA (other forums) I see lot of people salty with rolls and not getting enough free stuffs...
