Honestly Ishigami become couple with Tsubame only will hinder Aka writing in future.

In third year, Miyuki will go study overseas left Ishigami the only male in main cast.
While we might see Miyuki again it definitely different than usual format.
Ishigami the only main guy left in school, and Kaguya is romcom so there must be romcom between girl and boy but Ishigami dating Tsubame who practically away from school now. There is Iino, Fujiwara, Hayasaka, Maki but Ishigami can't flirt with them because that will make Ishigami an asshole bastard who cheated his LDR girlfriend.
So the option left Ishigami being bro to everyone which might wont sell highly to readers
Eventually Aka must introduce a guy for Iino or break Ishi with Tsubame because IshiBame won't sell anything.
It's Ishimiko who will progress the story not IshiBame.

I very much doubt the manga will continue after Prez and Kaguya graduate anyway. Ishigami is okay but he doesn't have what it takes to carry the series.

Prez and Kaguya carry the whole series.
Ishimiko can carry the series from student council routine in absence of Kaguya and Shirogane.

Even if the title of the series stopped reflecting its content a while ago, I doubt Aka would go as far as to continue the series without Kaguya.

I'm pretty sure Aka has mentioned in some interviews that he intends to end it on (most likely Miyuki and Kaguya's) graduation. There could always a couple of epilogue chapters after, but I don't see it going much further than that.

So in the end, Miko doesn't do anything worthy to fight for Ishigami's affection. So if Ishigami accepting Miko in the end, it is because Tsubame decides to throw the towel not because Ishigami is finally sort his feelings toward Miko. Doesn't feel satisfying at all even if Ishigami x Miko won.

Of course that assuming that Tsubame rejecting Ishigami in the next chapter.

Indeed, recently Iino is wasted as a character, she doesn't make many appearances and those appearances are not particularly important to the story

Well, I'm still hoping for that path all the same. Doesn't seem that surprising that the author decided at the end to give more focus on Tsubame, considering how underdeveloped she was up until now. She still doesn't strike me as that deep or interesting of a character, and her relationship with Yu doesn't feel like it has romantic potential, but at the least I feel like I know her a little better than I did before.
