Not really, pretty much those 3 bad girls are already are dead. The Swamp Witch probably will resurrect Airi later on. Nanael on s1 defeated them without her milk limiter with ease if you can still remember.
But as a fighter with skill and not using her telekenisis Nanael is not a good fighter, heck Leina is ever better.

Also Queens Blade Rebellion Tomoe and Maria Profiles are up.

Coming from the distant eastern land of Hinomoto to the Continent, the Warrior Priestess Tomoe participated in Queen’s Blade and spread the fearfulness of Hinomoto’s sword skills throughout the entire Continent.

That’s why she has to go back to her hideout quickly after a battle is over. The number of people after her head is as great as the number of people who adore her.

That's what I thought as well. However, Airi has a book and was potentially killed. I put a "potentially" clause there since she could easily be revived. Can't find any potential Shizuka book, though.

Well for epi.9 I'm sure Risty will win, since Reina vs Risty is probably inevitable. But that's just my guess >.> .

That was silly of Shizuka. I doubt forcing your best friend to kill you will do wonders for their mental fortitude.
On the other hand, it could make Tomoe more determined to win the tournament (for Shizuka's sake), but if she doesn't she'll live with the fact that she took her friend's life for nothing.

I did like that they spared a thought for detail, and had Shizuka be thoughtful enough to write the directions to the graveyard for Tomoe rather than draw a map, given that Shizuka was teasing her at one point in S1 about her complete lack of direction.

Moving music during the fight scene, and an appropriate change of ED as well, given that the usual one is quite upbeat.

Yeah, I feel similarly. I'm pretty sure she must have dropped out of the tournament for Irma's sake now, but it'd be nice if they were a bit more explicit about these things. I'd like to see a bit more of them.

Queen’s Blade episode 9:

Claudette and Risty fight until Claudette brings out a lightning attack, which brings Risty to the ground. Claudette and Count Vance get into a heated argument over Queen’s Blade and Maria (Leina and Elina’s mother who died in the tournament 12 years ago).

Elina and Leina watch the tournament after Elina decided to molest Leina awake. They’re both thrilled Claudette won, but Leina seems a bit concerned they are still watching.

We cut to Aldra doing something that causes a flash of light, Risty bolts up, and tries to attack the count only to be protected by Claudette. Claudette and the count start to make a retreat, while she fights Risty whose eyes at times glow red (showing what Aldra and Delmore meant about making Risty her vessel and arms and legs).

Risty causes lots of property damage to the castle and traps both of them. Either she strikes again or the previous strike causes pieces of the ceiling to fall. Risty is declared the winner.

Count Vance is okay but Claudette is caught under rock and bleeding. She talks about Maria, he grabs her hand, but she fades away like Airi and the rock falls fully to the floor.

A trumpet is heard over the marching troops and they seem to be calling off the attack.

Elina and Leina look at the painting in shock over the death of their sister until they hear a thump on the ground and find a badly injured but alive Claudette. They quickly take her to bed to nurse her and she says something about Risty and Leina.

Melona is hanging out with Nanael and Melpha. Nanael doesn’t seem to want Melona around and Melona is trying to steal the milk bottle. She reveals what happened to Cattleya, Menace, and Funikura as well as Airi’s fight with Cattleya. Nanael makes cocky statements but seems to refuse to help. Melona leaves the church with the milk bottle in tow.

We see a dark shadow with red glowing eyes, which turns out to be Tomoe wearing Shizuka’s headband cutting into bamboo.

Nyx fans rejoice! We see her working as a waitress at one of the local bars. She seems to be harassed and falls over with all the beer spilling all over her and wetting her panties (one of the only fan service scenes in this episode).

Aldra is in her statue trophy room looking at Menace. She expects Melona to come rescue her at any moment.

We’re treated to the Menace ending again.

Sadly my Japanese compression skills are horrible, so that’s the best I could do.

In the basic Queen’s Blade stats Airi’s the single thing she hates is fading from this world. So, there is a decent chance she’ll be back.

It was a good episode with a decent fight, but the ending was rather lacking because of the father... I wonder what the staff was thinking. It's like the script writer ran out of motivation near the end. Because from the part with Risty's 2nd attack, he barely did anything. Barely react, talk, just... move... Which made Clau's disappearing scene not as powerful as it could be.

It didn't help that it turned out she wasn't dead and got teleported back.

In the meantime, weak and pathetic Nyxs seems to have found a job while 7L loses her bottle thanks to Melona.

I'd been hoping Tomoe might wear Shizuka's headband as a sign of remembrance, and I'm glad she did. It looks like she's turned into something of a badass, and I did wonder for a second if it was Shizuka when I first saw the silhouette and glowing eyes.
By all rights, Reina shouldn't really stand a chance, but we know how this one will turn out.

The whole Claudette fade/teleport thing after she'd been crushed by masonry all seemed a bit deus ex machina, and the fight made me wonder how the winner is decided upon. Apparently a K.O. isn't enough, and you need to kill/incapacitate your opponent or get them to forfeit before the match will be decided. Or more likely, Aldra must have more influence than just location or fight broadcasts when it comes to the matches.

Good to see Nyx again too, and to see that she's found a job
