I'm glad this show is airing this season, I was getting pretty worried that I couldn't find something in the perverse comedy genre to suit my taste....

(although I've yet to check out all the shows on my list)

That Azuki Azusa girl is so damn cute! She's going to be my moe girl for this season.

I'm really liking the art style, it suits my preference well.

The story seems pretty interesting, I hope Azusa gets a lot of screen time and is not much some appear once in a while character.

Yokodera's predicament reminds me of the movie Liar Liar, in which Jim Carrey's character, a compulsive liar, became unable to tell any lie and would answer aloud truthfully to any question, even rhetorical questions he poses to himself.

It's truly a nightmare to speak your mind on anything and everything. This isn't just restricted to Japan. We all carry masks in our day-to-day interactions to operate within societal norms. We pretend interest in boring, polite conversations in the elevator or in the checkout counter queue. We say, "I'll get right on it" when we meant, "Maybe. If I feel like it."

I’d say Yokodera’s case is a bit more intense since he will spurt whatever he’s thinking, while Jim Carrey in Liar Liar is only restricted to “can’t lie”. But even so, Jim’s characters was in real agony (maybe even more so than Yokodera) since his job is a lawyer, and a lawyer needs to lie (to a certain degree).

While I wasn't planning on taking photos, I was planning to buy it. However, it went out of stock while I was organizing my cart (despite saying plenty available...), which rather pisses me off.
