So I decided to google about Chisato's real name "Afureia" to see what it meant and it brought up results about the vietnamese translations of Vol. 6 and Vol. 3 and used my google translator to translate the vol. 6 of the novel, though it was a messy translation I was however able to gather enough to confirm what happened when it came to the Chisato pic of her doing style doggy style pose.

Since here exist a lot of misunderstanding based just on assumptions, I'm going to post this information provided by someone who read vol 6.

Volume 6 is a bunch of side stories focused just in the lewd part of shinmai.
- chap 1: Basara with help from Yuki play an S/M game with Mio in the bathroom-
