It is a very good chapter. Deku is finally doing something.

20% huh? I hope that Deku won't going to ended up destroying himself again because at this point, it felt repetitive for his character growth.

I wonder what's kind of future that Nighteye saw. A pitch black can means anything.

Deku will change the fate Nighteye saw, and this is what will finally convince him he is worthy of being All Might's successor.

lol, i really love how 85% of the people i saw posts of dont even take the possibility of nighteye dying as a serious thing

Well I know I did. In fact, I think his death would be the impetus to changing fate, considering the analogy of his ability to a movie reel.

But man, between this, One Piece and Black Clover, this week should be dubbed [The Week of Cliffhangers]. And not the good kind, mind you.

This should even the odds. I'm still hoping Deku will make a major contribution and be the one to deal the final blow to Chisaki. He needs to at least do that much to be accepted by Nighteye. And he really needs to be, because he would benefit a lot from his training. Chisaki himself noted his movements were clearly different from those of Mirio and Nighteye, making him easier to hit even though he has actual superhuman speed and strength unlike the other two.

So apparently, Nighteye's vision was of both him AND Deku dying....? Well, that settles it then, their survival's pretty much guaranteed at this point, lol.

Anyway, I'm glad to see Ryukyu's group is back. It sure would be awesome to see them team up against Overhaul....

well my long shounen experience tells me that the inclusion of nighteye still breathing in this chapter pretty much guarantees his survival, otherwise last chapter should have been the last time we got anything from him

It looks like Nighteye's prediction is going to be proven wrong for the first time. It's either that or there was a twist to what this vision that he didn't get. Either way, Deku has his chance to prove that he wasn't that wrong choice for OFA.

I'm glad to see that Ryukyu's group will get in on this fight.

I'm really wary of where this is going... We know that fate will be defied, but the question is how. And it will bug the heck out of me if Deku manages to defy fate through nothing more than sheer force of will; it would just be so cliche' and lazy after setting up the idea that fate is unbreakable. I mean that would be some really heavy plot contrivance. I can only hope for somekind of twist to explain nighteye's broken vision
