^My initial idea is that you didn't complete some of the response checks. Specifically, did you gladly receive his compliments? Zevran, when he likes the PC, loves to compliment 'you' on your beauty/power/etc, and unless you properly respond to his compliments Zevran can be a bit standoffish. Another speech check that is important is to support his fascination and appreciation of assassination. Zevran can sometimes wax poetic on the glories and duties of an assassin, and not responding in an appropriate manner can sometimes result in less appreciation.

Another possibility is how far you are in the story. On my 2 previous walkthroughs I only encountered the other Crows (etc) after I had agreed to go on assassination mission for the Crows. And, these missions can only be started during the final segments of the game (right before Landsmeet).

I did the missions from the crow in the bar, I cant find the random incounter with him in ur party.

but I told Zevran that I dont swing that way but the complaments were right.

Can anyone tell me how to get a happy Alistair ending?
I'm not a noble female so the queen option is off, as an Elf what would you have to do to "ride off into the sunset"
I wouldn't want to be a 2nd hand mistress either

Noble female only. My 1st end was Elf female mage and it didn't work out.

I think the game could have been better if it was free world. Instead of maps of each region. Then again I guess it would become too heavy :/. And the loading times from High detail to Medium is really noticeable.

That's one thing I did miss from Baldur's Gate 1, it was essentially a free world to roam in (broken into zones, but you could go anywhere). In BG2 they did what they did with DA.

How does the female elf end? dead or do you end up as a misstress, cause that kinda blows, after everything you go through you'd have thought he'd male an exception to you being queen all the other nobles be damned.

What I do know is that either Alistair will come up to you and whine that he needs an heir and therefore needs a queen or something, uuh it was so sad seeing this.. Alistair basically dumps you to sleep with another woman and you become a 2nd hand mistress (in b4 assassins will kill you in your sleep by assignment from the new queen)
If you die your good old Elven tribe will receive land in the North and he'll do a speech near your corpse, with the remarks on that he thought you'd always be together (another cry ending uuuuh)
If he dies then, I forgot her name, will become queen and make a speech I think

I thought there was also an option that he doesn't become king and rolls over with Morrigan and then rides off into the sunset with you, at least that would be happy

I think that if you choose to sacrifice his uncle that he will leave, either that or with the right choices Alistair ends up executed lol

Kyuuh I don't want to give up my Alistair... I don't want him to be king if I can't stand by his side at the end D:>

So like I finished the game with a male character and I have a question about my pal. Was wandering what became of Alistar? I chose Anora to become a queen and in epilogue Alistar was there as what, captain of the knights? Would he have been happier if I persuaded him to marry the queen? Or should I have make it so that he alone is the king. Which option was better?

Morrigan is out with the child, no chance of happier ending with her? Maybe I should have just refused and go die in battle with the archdemon XD

The "best" ending for Alistair is to either marry the Player Character (he becomes King and you Quees), or for him to marry Anora and act as a figurehead while she rules (this is actually the "best" overall non-marriage to Alistair ending for the humans).

Morrigan's best ending is found by killing Flemeth, romancing Morrigan (receiving her ring), impregnatting Morrigan, and then letting her drift away. In this ending, you receive a message stating that the player character can feel Morrigan's emotions through the ring and can seek to track her down.

Undoubtedly Alistair would be happier in some sort of relationship with the female version of the player character, but, if you are not playing a female nobel character, the "best" ending is not always the happiest ending. For instance, as a non-dwarf, siding with the arrogant backstabbing Bhelen over Harrowmont and not completing or just failing the Dwarf Chantry quest or the Dwarf mage quest produces the "best" outcome for Orzammar...at least if you are not a dwarf, if you are a dwarf then you can side with Harrowmont and eventually take over after he is killed in a few years, though I think you still have problems if you complete the Chantry and Mage quest.

Leliana has a greater variety of endings (Morrigan always leaves no matter if you choose to complete the ritual or not). If you romanced her properly, then she will stay by your side no matter what you do after the final battle (though I am not sure what happens if you decide to become king with Anora as your queen...that is my current game ), otherwise she has at least one neutral ending (she goes off to help the Chantry with the Urn) that I know of.

Will it come by eventually regardless of where and when? Simply hearing from the Arl that he wants Alistair to take the throne makes me nervous lol

I just finished the game a few times myself. (Now I'm just abusing the glitches and getting as much gold and stat points as much as I want--just bored.)

Story is Good. Gameplay is Ok. Graphics is ok. rpgness is great. A game that actually makes use of plot-effecting PC decisions. Its Good. Highly addictive in my opinion but that doesn't really contribute to its standard of quality. Its just Good and nothing else.

They don't look like morrigan, sten, and especially leliana. Possibly "roughened" Leliana but Sten here has african features and what is this glowing eyed grey warden? Is he an arcane warrior?


Best trailer in my opinion....wish it was a real cg movie. But I can't believe how they managed to kill the high dragon in a few seconds...it took me so much poultices and dumb normal casting...and I'm suprised how there's a darkspawn horde here:atop this mountain peak where andraste lies away from ostagar and orzammar.
