There probably is a doujin out there that does something like that; remember reading one. Fanfic is probably a no, since Hayate for some reason has low popularity. T_T

Oh yeah, i remeber seeing that image that seems to be the page of a doujin where Shamal and Signum were lolified for untranslated reasons. They were also wearing their pre-Hayate black clothes. (Signum was embracing Laevatein and looks adorable xD).

Lhklan, welcome to AS. We have cookies. Sanity retention is optional. Hope you enjoy your time here . =3
And well done on chapter 3. Your characterizations of the cast are a treat to read. I'm looking forward to what you do with Uno. Her reactions towards Yuuno are rather interesting. And poor Due, she's in denial.
@Colveras: I say go for it. The hilarity and d'aww potential is tremendous.

Chapter 4 almost finished. Gah, my muse is on a sugar rush for this fic it seems.
Also, Chrono isn't married in this one. I plan to follow Chaos2Frozen's step for him, if you know what I mean.

My fics Due to certain things, I am not here, find me over on TFF.
“No. You’ve been asking that for the last 15 minutes”
“Are we there yet?”
“Like I said, no.
“Are we-“
“For the last time, NO!”
Yuuno stifled a laugh. He was sure that Due was doing this on purpose to annoy the Enforcer-turned-Admiral. And from the looks of thing, she’s suceeding: Chrono looked ready to strangle her.
8 days had passed since their last visit to Gruen. Because of the amount of possible risks and paperworks required, it had taken them this long to escort the Number 2 to meet her father.
She had been ecstatic at first when Yuuno told her that she’s meeting her family. However, when she heard about the wait, she had sulked a bit. The guards had reported that she had been moodier than normal, switching between uncaring and irritated.
That morning, when both the Admiral and the Head Librarian walked into their room, her first comment was:
”Oh? Now I know why you don’t seem interested, Yuuno. Didn’t know you batted for the home team.”
Chrono’s eyes twitched at that, while Yuuno simply massages his temple. Comments like these were common during Yuuno’s first few visits, so he sort of expected this. Thankfully, she calmed down when Chrono explained what they were here for. Unfortunately, it also means that she switched to her teasing mood, especially when Chrono brings out the handcuff.
“And here I though that ferret boy was the only pervert around here.”
Bulging veins appeared on Chrono’s face at that. Apparently, while Chrono like to tease people, his defense weren’t up to par. Or, Yuuno mused, it might just be Due at work.
Afterward, they had traveled in silence. For a while, before Due start asking the same question over and over again.
“Look, I’ll tell you when we arrives there. Now could you just SHUT UP?!!” Chrono roared.
Looks like he reached his limits, Yuuno noted. He had to turn away, however, when Due start to pout.
“Awwwww… I just want to know when we get there.”
“That trick won’t work on me, so don’t bother” Chrono replied, having regained his composure.
“Fine. Spoilsport” Due sulked for a bit, then smirked. When Yuuno saw that look, he wanted to run. He was too slow though.
“Ooooooh librarian…” Due singsonged as she skipped toward him.
“W-what is it, Due?” Yuuno swallowed.
“Could you help me out?” She smiled at him. An innocent, gentle smile that shoud not be on that face, and yet somehow she make it work.
“Y-I mean, it depends…” Yuuno replied. He hoped she didn’t noticed his slip-up
“Could you ask the one with the stick up his butt over there when we will arrive?”
“Uh… I don’t think that’s a good idea, Due.” Yuuno gulped at the glare that Chrono sent him.
“Pwease? Pretty pwease?” Dear Kaiser. He knew she can imitate any expression, but this is just ridiculous!
“Gah! Fine! Just-just stop looking at me like that.” Hanging his head in defeat, Yuuno makes his way toward the Admiral.
Said man was smirking smugly. “Whipped.”
“Yeah, yeah.” Yuuno sighed. He had been doing that a lot lately, particularly when it comes to the blond assassin. “What’s the ETA?”
“We just arrived.”
Yuuno facepalmed. Of all the… “Are you serious?”
“Yes”
“Then why didn’t you just tell her?” Mentally counting to ten, Yuuno asked Chrono
“It was more fun this way.” The black haired mage shrugged nonchalantly.
Shooting Chrono a dark glare, Yuuno returns to where Due was standing.
“Sooooooo… are we there yet?”
“Yes, Due. We just arrived”
“Really?” Due blinked “That was fast”
“Yes”
“Prepares the teleport station.” Chrono slipped back into what he like to call “Admiral Mode”. “Set the coordinates to Gruen orbital holding facility. Set numbers of visitors to 3
”
“Yes sir!”
“Haruki, you’re in charge until I return.”
“Yes sir!”
That done, Chrono walked out of the command room, followed by Yuuno and Due.
“Impressive” Due commented.
“Thank you.” Chrono replied.
---- Gruen, 1 minute later ----
“Pop!” Due cried as she hug her father “I missed ya. How’ve you been doing?”
“I missed you too, child.” Jail replied. “I’ve been well enough. How are you?”
“I’m fine, but I’m bored pop. There’s nothing left to do”
Chrono and Yuuno stood to a one side, looking on as Jail and Due converse animatedly. Noticing the purple haired woman standing a bit back with a thin smile, Yuuno approaches her.
“Why aren’t you joining them?” Yuuno ask Uno with a puzzled expression.
“… I’d rather not disturb them.”
“Why not? They are your family too, right?”
Before Uno can reply, Due had tackled her and is now nuzzling her bosoms.
“UNO! How are you?”
“I’m fine.” Gently, Uno patted her sister on the head “And you?”
“Boring, but at least ferret boy make great company. He’s a pervert though”
“DUE!!!” Yuuno cried in embarassment “I kept telling you, it was an accident!”
“I don’t believe you.” Due replied “You said you wanted to meet me, pop?”
“Ah yes” Jail spoke up “Do you remember the bunker on Unregistered Plane 616?”
Due tilts her head to one side, scrunching her eyes as she tried to recall the place.
“Oh!” Fist meet open palm “You mean that huge storage? Yeah, I remember that”
“Do you, by chance, remember the passcode for the lower area?” Jail asked.
“Yeah, but it’s kinda fuzzy though. It’s been so long since I went there.”
“Just take it slow Due” Yuuno gave her an encouraging pat on the shoulder “It will come back to you, so don’t worry.”
--- POV change ---
Jail Scaglietti is an observant man. And when it come to his daughters, even more so
And as such, he noticed right away how Due stiffens slightly at the blond librarian touch. How she seems to brighten at his words, and the tell tale sign of a blush, no matter how small it is.
‘Hoh…’ the once mad mad chuckled mentally ‘Seems like little Due got a crush…’
The idea that one his daughters is finally finding someone to love fills him with joy and dread at the same time. His innocent, cute little Due having a crush? Part of him want to jump up and screams in joy. The other part want to take the target aside for a little … chat. (Yuuno shivered as a cold chill began running a marathon up and down his spine)
Then he turn to his oldest daughter, Uno. Because of the fact that most of the Numbers were designed for combat, their interest lies in skills, tactics, strategies and weaponry. Not Uno. She was the only model oriented toward non-combat role, and as such she is different then her sisters. Not just in term of abilities, but in term of interest as well. Hers lies in data, informations, records and anything related to it. She was fascinated with ancient history, a trait inherited from him seeing as she’s his clone. But because no one shares the same interest as her, apart from the doctor himself, she has always been alone, keeping quiet and generaly staying out of the light.
But now, things has changed. She had finally got a chance to express herself, a chance to put forth her ideas and opinions, a chance to discuss her interest with someone. A fire had sparked in her eyes ever since that first meeting with Yuuno Scrya.
Jail smirked. ‘Yuuno Scrya… An interesting man indeed.’
Jail had heard of him. A genius in his own right, the blond had managed to become the Head Librarian before he was even 15, and is also one of the most accomplished archeologist to date.
Suddenly, Jail felt an immense headache. Gritting his teeths, he turns away to hide his discomfort.
“Damn it…” the doctor cursed under his breath
It was getting worse. Oh how he hated it. This Unlimited Desire program installed inside of him by his creators, the TSAB High Council. He hated with all his soul. It had done naught but forcing him to commit some of the vilest act possible. Before, he tend to keep it at bay by redirecting it so that it would help him get revenge on his creators. It was a great methods at first.
Until it started to take control of him, making plans that would include sacrificing his daughters. More than once Uno had to snaps him out of it, and he was never more thankful for her assistance during those times.
Unfortunately, the one time he needed her the most, Uno had been captured by that investigator, Verossa Accours. As such, UD finally overrided his control, leading him to allow Quattro to blow up the Craddle.
With his daughters still inside.
The very thought of him hurting them was what snapped him out of his revenge filled mind, and what kept him here. He figured that this is penance for what he had done. No matter what they say, he sees himself as a failure.
3 of his daughters had followed him here. He refused to acknowledge Quattro as his daughter anymore. They are an amoral group, but they have standards. Blowing up one’s own family is NOT on that list.
Shaking his head to clear away the pain, he watched as the blond librarian and his oldest daughter continues their work, with his second daughter annoying the Admiral.
For his daughters’s sake, he would continue to deny the Unlimited Desire’s existence. He would do it for as long as he can, even if it means dying. For that, is what a father should do.
And that's a wrap.
A scene that I planned for right before Due went to prison
Spoiler for YuunoDue moment:
"Stay with me, please?" Pleading green eyes look up at him. She looked so vulnerable, so defenseless. "Just this night?"
"... Allright."
-----------'
"Murderer!"
"Killer!"
They kept advancing toward him. Their faces just like how Yuuno remembered them.
"Stay back..." Yuuno backed away. No matter where he ran, they always seems to be able to find him.
"Murderer!"
"Killer!"
"STAY BACK!!!" Yuuno screamed as one of them managed to latch onto him. ----------
Yuuno jolted awake. Sweat runs down his face as he struggle to calm down.
'It's that dream again...' Every now and then, it would come back to haunt him, taunting him of his impulsive actions.
Looking at his watch, Yuuno noticed that it had been only 3 hours since he had fallen asleep.
"Ferret?" A sleepy voice spoke up "What's wrong?"
"It's nothing, Due" Yuuno smiled at her, but he can tell that she knew it was strained "Go back to sleep"
"Yuuno, you're sweating" She sat up straighter "And you face is really pale. What's wrong?"
"..." Sighing, he put on his glasses "It's ... just a nightmare."
"It must have been pretty bad to shake you up like this."
"Yeah..."
Silently, Due hands him a glass of water, which he gulped down immediately. They both sat in silence for a while, before Yuuno spoke.
"You once asked me ... why I don't go out into the field more, right?"
"Yeah. I think it was strange. You, who taught the Ace of Aces basic combat and magic, are relegated to what essentialy is a desk job."
"I asked for that desk job, Due"
"Why?
"
"Because..." Yuuno took a deep breath "I'm afraid."
"Afraid?" Due blinked. "Of what?"
"... Of me" Yuuno reluctantly replied.
"You're afraid of yourself? Come on, what kind of half-assed reason is that?"
"You don't understand. I'm afraid of killing by accident. Of my own power."
"What do you mean?"
"It was during an trip to Admistered Planet 202 9 years ago. The locals authority had contacted the Archeologist Union, informing us of a recently discovered Belkan temples"
"Something went wrong during the excavation?"
"No. The excavation went fine. We got everything that we can out of the temple, and thankfully no one was hurt. But then..." Yuuno trailed off. Remembering this still cause him discomfort to this day.
"What happened?"
"..." He didn't know why, but he felt ... compelled to share this tale with her. No one knew about this, except for Chrono. "A group of space pirates arrived. Because of the distance, the TSAB couldn't intervene in time. They attacked the nearby village."
He continued on when Due didn't say anything "My boss ordered the excavation team to leave the area immediately, while the escort team split in half: One group ensuring we got out of there safely, while the other went and help the villagers. Young and impulsive, I detached from the team to try and help them. When I saw a pirate about to get away, I raised a shield right in front of his path, hoping to stop him. What I didn't take into account was his speed. The man crashed into my shield and falls to the ground. One of his comrades rushes over to check him."
Yuuno took down his glasses. "The man was dead, Due. His ribs were broken from the impact, and a piece managed to lodge itself into his heart. The other pirate, the one that had come to check on him, screamed in rage. He then noticed me standing there and charged at me. I managed to dodge by sheer luck. The look in his eyes scared me.
There were filled with hatred, rage and anger, and nothing more. I managed to defend myself with Round Shield, but it won't be long before he break it. I decided to use a Forced Teleport to throw him away."
"I messed up again. The man, seeing me preparing a spell, flew up at the last moment. His body was split in half, with the upper part falling from his previous position."
"Later, after everything had settle down, I was forced to recount the tale to the investigator. THey said it was fine, that I did it in self defense. And that's what scares me. A small changes, just small changes, and I killed two men without even trying."
He expecter her to make a sarcastic remark. He expected her to stay silent. What he didn't expect, however, is for her to hug him.
"Shh... It's okay." Due said "Don't torture yourself over it. Mistakes happens all the time."
"I can't tell you whether you were right or wrong, because I'm not exactly the most moral person. But one thing I'm sure: You're still the same to me. Still the same perverted ferret that saved my life. And that, is all that matter, right?"
He didn't know why, he know he should find comfort in her words... And yet he did. For the first time in years, Yuuno Scrya cried.
Lhklan. He meant his muse, Nanya-muse have gone missing and did something...

Erio was slightly annoyed as his superiors laughed at the recount of what happened. "Oh, come on, it's not that funny."
"Overkill is funny," Mira laughed at him. She was a slender woman with dark hair and a short ponytail. "Besides, it's going to be a bit lonely around here with you and Caro leaving tomorrow."
"Ah!" Caro's eyes went blank at that. "It's been three months already?"
"Yeah, it has," the final person, a man with a scruffy beard and glasses on his face, said, "you know, Caro, Erio, you two really should try to convince your parents to let you two stay out here for more than three months at a time."
Caro looked at Erio, who nodded. "Well, we talked about it, and even our parents aren't full time Bureau members, our grandmother doesn't even like the thought of our parents being part of the Bureau, but..." She trailed off and looked at Erio helplessly.
"We do like it here, Tanto-san," Erio continued for her, "but everyone's going to be on Cranagan at the same time for the first time in almost two years now."
"Ah," the man nodded and smiled at him, "a little reunion then?" Erio nodded at him. "Don't worry about it then, what about your friend Lutecia though?"
"Last I heard, she's still on Carnaaji with Due and Megane." Caro said to him. "Zest-san was apparently on a long mission a month ago, he might be getting back soon, but Lu's not sure."
"She said that her resort was almost done though." Erio said, happy for his friend. "I'm glad she's doing okay."
Both Tanto and Mira nodded at them. "Well, if you two decide to be full-time rangers, let us know, we'd love to have you around."
"For now," Tanto reached behind him and pulled out some signs, "what do you think of our warning signs?"
"Danger, poaching is against the law and if you attempt to do so, you face massive explosions, burns and a long hospital stay." Erio read off, sweat-dropping heavily. "It's not that bad!"
"Erio, the poachers that tried three weeks ago are still in a full body cast, and the poachers that you caught a month before that are in the mental hospital screaming about pink little demons and their redheaded familiars." Mira smirked as both children face-faulted at hearing that. "Keep this up, and you two will have a horrible reputation before you're fifteen."
"Didn't grandma get a reputation as the Enemy of all Who Live by the time she was sixteen?" Erio asked Caro, who nodded at that.
"And Nanoha-san was called a Devil when she was younger than we are." Caro and Erio took one look at each other and grinned. "Maybe grandma will be proud of us if we get a nickname like that too!"
"Yeah!" Erio grinned and both adults just sighed at them.
"I think you encouraged them." Tanto muttered to Mira, who glared at him. "...What?"
"I'm not the one who made the sign." Mira muttered to him.

Meanwhile on Crannaji...
Lutecia wiped some sweat from her forehead as she looked at her handiwork. "Hmm, another two months and the training course will be complete."
"Really?" She turned to see Due walking up behind her as the cyborg carried several pieces of pipe under her arms. "So, what's your plans after this?"
Lutecia sighed and shook her head. "I don't..." Her shoulders slumped as she looked over the training area. "...Due, do you think I'm wasting my life?"
"Huh?" Due blinked stupidly at the question. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"I don't know, I just feel like I should be doing something more with my life, like something's missing."
"Besides your memories?" Due sighed as Lutecia seemed to get more depressed. "Alright, listen, Lu, what you're feeling right now probably has something to do with your missing memories. I don't know what happened to you when you were working for the Doctor," which was a lie, Due knew a lot about what Lutecia had gone through, but it was best to not let her know, "but I'm sure that it wasn't anything important."
Lutecia sighed and nodded. "Okay... I just... Feel like there's something in my life that I'm missing, something important, but every time I try to think about it," the young girl grimaced and grabbed her head, groaning as sounds, sensations and feelings suddenly washed over her. "NNNGAH!"
"LU!" Due dropped the pipes and grabbed the girl as she suddenly passed out. "Hey, come on! Wake up!" Picking up Lutecia, Due ran back to the house, hoping that Lutecia wasn't somehow recovering her memories of that time.
It just wouldn't be fair to her.
(---)
Megane sighed as Lutecia woke up almost two hours later. "You scared us." She gently squeezed Lutecia's hand. "How are you feeling?"
"My head hurts." Lutecia whimpered and slowly sat up. "What happened?"
Megane shook her head. "I'm not sure. I just want you to take it easy, okay?" Lutecia nodded as she stood up. "I'm going to go and help Due with something, you just take it easy, okay?"
As her mom left the room, Lutecia sighed and rested her head back on the pillow, sighing and wondering just what happened out there.
(---)
Outside of the room, Megane frowned softly and walked into the living room where Due was communicating with the Saint Church. "You're sure?" Verossa said as he spoke to Due. "I admit that I don't have much in the way of experience in placing mental blocks on someone, but even so, I mostly erased her memory and put blocks in to keep her from thinking about her missing memories too much."
"But she is," Megane said as she walked up to the screen, "why?" She nearly growled as Verossa shook his head and shrugged at the same time, "Verossa..."
"Hey, I'm not sure. If I knew, I'd tell you. Though, if I were to come out there, I could figure it out easily enough."
Megane nodded at the image and sighed. "Please do."
"I'll be there in about four hours." With a nod, the screen turned off and Megane looked at Due, wondering what to do next.

Me: Heh! They tried to take the mantle of being the "Bandit Killer" a little too serious.
Elane: I wish they blew those guys off a bit more...
Mariemeia: I think it better the put a sign with a skull and crossbone design with that warning...
Iris: What do you think, Sis?
Reia: I don't know... But Psychic treatment are very delicate things to do....
Val: There's a reason why there's a psychiatrist around... To help them cope up with the trauma.
Elane: I don't know about you two... But the NEET is fantasizing something... *Points at Mega.*
Me: *Imagines Lutecia is Medusa's(F/SN) reincarnation. And wearing Rider's outfit.* *Drools*
Odin: Get your mind out of the damn sewer! *Bash Mega's head with a Military transport truck.*
Everyone: O_O
Odin: *Noticed that everyone was looking at him.* What? He'll live...

It's a joke around here. I update so often that for awhile, my title was "Rocket Muse Away!"
And, for the last couple of years, on my story, Blood That Flows, I managed, for awhile, to get out 2-3 updates a day out. It slowed down to about 1-2 updates a day before slowing down to 2-3 times a week...
Which is still much faster than most people around here can do.

AH, right. Wasn't here around that time, so I wouldn't know.
Although... You're evil, you know that? You posted right after me, and now I'm gonna get Lyco-ed.
Nice fan-fic theory on Unlimited Desire, this chapter cleared up my confusion on Jail's character change.
I wonder how will Jail, sans Unlimited Desire, react to Fate if they get to meet each other in the near future?
I am scared of Yuuno now, I thought that Old Iron is the only one that has Yuuno with his barriers and over-kill beam star. You have a Yuuno that can kill without intention.
@Mr Coin
You ain't seen nothing yet.
I'm planning a scene where Due get hurt by one of the Hucklebeins. It was a sneak attack, mind you, but she kicked the bastart's a**. Yuuno got mighty pissed, and then went into tranquil fury when the guy make some lewd coments.

Spoiler for spoiler:
Result: Hucklebein ripped apart by Chain Bind.
Well..
Spoiler for Handwave:
you just need to justify how a magical chain bind can affect the Huckebein's magic-proof bodies to such an extent.
