It's possible that Aine is teasing Kizuna and she's not pregnant yet (a least in the preview). As for Reiri, well, she is an adult who's body has become more erotic from all the Ecstasy Hybrid she's been doing. True, we only need to wait 2 (hopefully) or 3 days before it comes out and someone nice enough puts the illustrations up. Thus we will have to wait until Bakapervert finishes the volume he's currently doing before he starts translating volume 14.

Illustrations will be out in the same day as the volume is released, I'll keep an eye for it on twitter in case no one posts it here.

There are only 2 logical reasons of why Reiri is lactating in Volume 14

1) Reiri got pregnant from Kizuna because of all the Ecstasy Hybrid they were doing.

2) There is some new Love Room shenanigans that gives Reiri the ability to lactate so Kizuna can drink her breast milk to power up.

Im guessing that Reiri is pregnant because of the way it's worded on that one color illustration.

"right now it's exclusive for your use only"

That "right now" really implies that the baby is on it's way. Either way we will find out in a few days hopefully.
