I think the reason why they did not show Erio's nudeness in his transformation is that the artists are only good in drawing girls and the animators may accidentally give Erio a girl body by mistake.

Btw, after seeing (again) that scene where Elio gets tossed around by the Gadget Drone, how often does that happen? When girl(s) are watching, guys seem to get beat up more often.

And that happens in so many anime too...

Well, maybe because boy's beaten up yeilds less complaint than girl's?
We hear gender segregation is a thing of past, but when it comes to things like this, I think it' still deep-rooted.
If it's the case, poor Erio, he's gonna get quite some of beatings through this season to defend 3 other girls, and possibly Fate too.

True. It's always hard to get rid of stereotyped views in people. And it is also very usual for young boys to play the hero. But don't worry. Even if Erio gets the short end of the stick in the getting beaten up scenarios, the payoffs are quite good. Considering most of the people around him.

To make my point clear, I'll be quoting from two Minific Masters for an example:
