... Uh... yeah, it's confirmed... I guess...
Anyhow. I think I shouldn't be surprised since I already knew how the dragon appeared on his hand, but damn that's awesome.

Good idea, though poor Touma's repetoir of moves will STILL be hopelessly limited; considering besides his mean right-jab, he is still a street fighter with NO formal training in Martial Arts whatsoever. Even Konori Mii, who strictly speaking dosen't even need her X-ray vision to fight, is a more formidable combatant than he is.

Well, if you're familiar with Fate/stay Night, you know that Shirou is also not a strong character (meh he was unreasonably overpowered AND underestimated in UBW...).
While the other characters were mostly superior physically, magically and in weapon while he had his normal-guy-body and some incomplete weapon copies, his moves in the PSP game Fate/Unlimited Codes are just as good as all the other characters. Why I mention the Fate franchise is because this game reminds me of F/UC though obviously it's not identical in gameplay. I hope the comboing is around as versatile as in F/UC.

Well, to be more precise the reason Touma even wins any of his fights against supernaturals is because of their complete-reliance on powers and similar utter lack of training in Martial Arts.
Motoharu makes it painfully clear in his fight against our hero by showing once Touma dosen't have that weakness to exploit, the boy who defeated Accelerator is no better a combatant than any dime-a-dozen street delinquent against a normal human being with intensive Martial Arts training. Best analogy: Martial Artists like Kurozuma Wataru, Motoharu, Konori Mii or even Shirai Kuroko are like expert carpenters with a full set of non-powered tools asked to build a house. Touma would be the guy who has never handeled power tools before being asked to fix the road with a jackhammer.

You mean he took training? From whom and what school? The poor guy can barely afford to eat a nutritiously balanced meal day to day before Index-chan (and to a lesser extent, Sphinx) came into his life. He wouldn't be able to afford the considerable cheque that allows you to even step inside a mere boxing gym, much less a proper Dojo. So how did he become skilled enough to take down terrorists, more than likely trained in Krav-Maga (which allows you to take down foes with GUNS).
