I gave it a read. I actually liked it. It was a nice dark story for a beginning. I am not against rape if its in the context of its story lore. So I have no problems or complaints with it (being female doesnt give you a free pass with savages). That monk girl might be abled to be saved if he moves fast enough. But she'll probably end up like Caska is my guess.

This is what happens when you get cocky and dont take adventuring as a profession that has death around every corner. They had no game plan, contingency plan or exit strategy. They walked into Goblin home territory without a care. I really like how the author gave them short flash backs, how each of them had a certain potential or bright futures. Future potential means jack shit if you get dead huh. He failed as a leader, this was bound to happen. No 2nd chances here.

I am curious to where this 15 year old newbie goes from now on. She joined the help people, but she just witnessed the death of squad around her. She can retire and go back to her church in safety, or will she learn from the near death experience and become a better adventurer? I hope its the latter ^_~ Shes the MC after all? I actually think a near death experience on your first mission is a good thing. For future growth ^_~

The beginning actually reminds me of that Dungeon idiot boy who pissed his pants when a Minotaur attacked him. So I look forward to how she takes this. Wouldnt be interesting if she just gave up from that.

um, i don't think that simply being left alive after a gang rape by goblins could be considered as the "light hearted route"... considering that she's probably tramatized and mindbroken and never going to to return to being an adventurer ever again, honestly i find this more depressing than if she had been found dead.

But she keeps her life, is what I was thinking. Sure, I wouldnt be surprised she traumatized and quitting adventuring. It would be expected. But... I guess your right when I think about the prospect if she got pregnant. I'd say thats better off dieing with her party.

I think the Scangroups dont have any interest. A lot of Manga who based on LNs get no Translation or the translation stopped after a few Chapters.

The first Chapter was really good.Looks like an Dark fantasy Manga.

I've read the rescue chapter and some discussion about it, and the fact that they started with a beginning party wipe was such a turn off. We need more stories where it doesn't need a moment of "how to not be an adventurer" to show the MC's competence.
