Pages 25-45 2nd draft. I'm pretty much not going to make any more change aside from some dialogue wording fixes and some text bubble fixes. Inking all of the pages before the deadline is going to be a pain.

Here's the finished entry:
http://www.xionsphere.com/danart/ShonenJump/Final/ ...And I can't submit it because apparently the contest website operates on Japanese Time, so it stopped taking submissions even though it's still October 1st in the US. I already tried contacting everyone that's even remotely related to the contest. Maybe if enough other people also can't submit they might do something about it. Anyways, the entry is still pretty rough in a lot of places. There's still a lot of things I need to work on. Hopefully they'll do the contest again next year and I'll start in June instead of August. |

Fascinating read even in the rough draft state. Also very dynamic - great art. I'd ask you if you do commissions but you're neck deep in this I suppose. Good luck.

Well I'm actually done. The deadline was today and I finished it, but ended up being unable to submit it =/.
Anyways, thanks for reading it. I don't do commissions because I generally want to work on my own projects in my free time. I've actually been wanting to do a lot of other stuff but have been focusing on this entry for the last 2 and a half months so now that I'm finished I want to work on some of those new things instead. |

Thanks for the comments. Anyways, now that that's over I'm going back to the project before this contest, which was a Wuxia manga/novel hybrid. I'm going to be doing a series of 'shorts' that sort of layout the various martial arts that the different schools use, and also as way to do more sequential practice.

Now that I know for sure they didn't receive my entry, I've decided to go ahead and try to make a webcomic that follows the first arc of the story that I originally planned for after the one shot.
I'm resigning the characters are a bit since the original designs were made to be more or less 'disposable'. I'll be designing the complete PVP ranks #1-15 in the upcoming weeks, as quite a few of them will show up in the first arc either as side characters or cameos.
