Sorry for the late answer, I got ill so I couldn't check on the thread these past days until I got better. Anyway for some of the answers.

While do get better treatment that men, the men are still the ones who hold the political and get the money. How are they treated better than men?, well almost all of the noble ladies use their husband money to live in luxury while they don't do any work in the house, also when choosing a husband,, they usually look for the ones with a lot of money and a big position and on top of it, it's harder for a man to marry once they get older than it is for a woman (since noblemen are obligated to have a noble lady as a wife).
The mistresses that appear in that world are usually women who the nobleman do love since they are low ranking nobles or commoners, they don't grow with the arrogant attitude that most noble ladies have so they are kind and sincere women, unlike the legal wife they are forced to marry.
Incidentally, the legal wifes do have lovers on their own in the form of demi-human slaves that they make their parent's or husband buy for them as a "servant" (though they do the work a servant would do, it's an open secret to everyone that they are bought for the purpose of being a lover). Also, they make the husband pay for the upkeep of the "servants" they have.
Don't question as for why if men hold the power in the country they don't change things so that men don't get treated so unfairly, that world is a world made from the setting of an otome game after all, I mean, there is a airship that will only work with the power of love

ugh. too many boys. wtf is this. Reminds me of Seven when the little sister created her own harem but here, we got illustrations for bunch of pretty boys.
While I don't like for the character pool to be majority girls. I loath more to have lots of boys. Balance is best for me.
Well, there is some info about some of the characters.
Spoiler:
Rion: He has a foul mouth, likes to look down at others and see them suffer...well, all of that is limited to the people he dislikes though, even if his personality is bad he is still kind to those he cares about (although that is a small group). He doesn't go around picking fights with people, and due to being a man he has to bear with the harsh treatment he receives from the noble ladies in the academy, though he won't hesitate to get back at them when he gets the opportunity. Surprisingly, he enjoys making tea parties.
Due to the treatment he received from the legal wife of his father back at his home, he bears a lot of hate (and a bit of fear) toward noble ladies, and this became stronger after the constant rejection and harsh treatment he received from the noble ladies in the academy.
His dream is to live a peaceful life and to marry a beautiful girl who is kind, doesn't treat men harshly, won't treat him as just a wallet and that won't cheat him by having demi-human slaves (also, would like for her to have big breasts if possible).
He likes both Olivia and Angelica, but he thinks that he isn't worthy to be with them since Olivia is supposed to become the Saint that will save the country and Angelica is the daughter of a Duke.
Olivia (Livia): A kind-hearted (and somewhat naive) commoner girl who is in the noble section of the academy as a special student due to her outstanding academic results. She is the original protagonist of the Otome game but, because of Marie constantly interfering with the game events, she ended up spending her first month in the academy alone unlike how it was supposed to be in the game. When Rion noticed her situation, he helped by giving her information on how to greet other girls so she can befriend them, and thanks to this she manages to befriend Angelica.
Unlike to how it was in the game she has a low confidence in herself, mostly because of staying close to Rion and being protected by him cause her to lack the grown she would get during the game
She is in love with Rion and later on, she confesses to him, but due to him still thinking that he may not be worthy of her, he has evaded giving her an answer.
Angelica (Ange): She is the daughter of Duke (highest ranking noble title in the kingdom) and originally the villainess in the game who was the fiancee of the prince.
She doesn't share the same attitude that most noble ladies have, with her loving the prince and being his fiancee, she refused have demi-human slave (thinking of it being a disgusting thing to have when you are with someone) and doesn't treat men much different than she does to women, though she is prideful as befitting her position as the daughter of a duke.
She hates Marie due to the fact that despite making the prince fall for her and going out with him, she is going out with another 4 guys and even has an elf slave, with everyone accepting that situation, including the prince. Since she didn't want for the prince to be with that kind of woman she challenged her to a duel to make her stay away from the prince, even if she knows that he will never love her back. In this challenge, no one wanted to assist her, (since the opponents where the 5 guys who would fight in Marie stead) until Rion decided to help her since he didn't like how they were making her as she were a bad person despite being right.
After the duel, she started to spend her time in the company of Rion and Livia (since the rest of the noble ladies acquaintance she had started to avoid her) and gradually the three start to get close to each other enjoying being together.
Being thankful of Rion for helping her when no one did, and tries to help in any way she can and also cooperates with Livia in order to keep Rion bad personality in check.
Eventually, her feelings of gratitude toward Rion start to change into love after seeing how much Rion cares about her, risking his life to rescue her after she was kidnapped by the enemy country.
Marie: By all means by the game standard, she would be just a mob character who had no influence in the game story, but what made her different is the fact that she, like Rion, is a person who reincarnated in the Otome game world.
Using the knowledge she had of the game, she steals Olivia position as the game heroine, using a facade of a kind girl which she uses in order to capture the Otome game heroes, forming a Reverse harem all with the objective of living an easy life thanks to their positions.
She is selfish, doesn't care about other people, and just want to have a life of luxury devoid of worries, this she hides this personality when in front of others and instead presenting herself as a kind girl that everyone loves.
Later on, it's revealed that she was, in fact, Rion's little sister in their previous life (the one who forced him to play the Otome game) though neither of them realizes this until very later on.
Now then as for the guys with Marie... there is honestly not much to say about them , other than the fact that they are in love with Marie so I will just use the words Livia said when asked about some of them (by the way excluding Julius who is the prince everyone is a noble but I already forgot about their rank and honestly I don't feel like looking around the wall of text looking about them)
Julius: The prince of the country. He is naive and foolish, making decisions without thinking about the consequences. Since he never really loved Angelica he didn't regret leaving her for Marie.
Gilk: A black-hearted (haraguro) man who at first glance looks like a kind person.
Brant: Narcissist
Chris: Attention Seeker
Greg: Muscle head
By the way, if anyone is wondering (since I don't think there are many reading it) here is what is currently happening in the latest chapter
Spoiler:
Currently the Kingdom is being invaded by the Principality in order to get its territories and bring justice for the people the Kingdom as brought harm in the past with its invations (which in fact is all a lie made by some high ranking nobles of the Principality, since they also have invaded and brought harm to the Kingdom in the past, and the Kingdom once invaded back in retalation) and to rescue the princess who is held captive by the Kingdom (which in fact, is also somewhat of a lie, as what the nobles really want is to get back the magical artifact the princess has with her) and the ones fighting in the Kingdom side are some Nobles who have stayed to fight, some classmates that Rion convinced(blackmailed) into helping, Rion's family, Livia, Ange, Marie and the five guys in the Royal airship (a lost item that can only move with the power of love) and Rion on his battlesuit acting as a Commander of the Kingdom's forces.
Rion had Luxion to go and keep busy the Sea Creature summoned by the little sister of the princess using a magical artifact that can summon monsters (this Sea Creature is the triumph card of the Principality, mostly because that summoning it would mean the eventual death of the user who summoned it) while he go and destroy the Principality's armies while the Royal ship is in charge of supporting him by killing the summoned monster and the Kingdom's army in charge of evacuate and protecting the civilians there.
In the middle of the battle, the Black Knight (the Principality strongest knight) manages to rescue the princess and get her back to their side. The black knight is stronger than the last time lost to Rion, using the power of a strange arm that Rion originally found back in the ruins that were on the elven village and then got stolen after he was arrested but the princess notices that this arm is taking too much of a burden for the black knight and that he will eventually die because of it.
After witnessing how people on both sides are dying, Livia is filled with grief over it and involuntary uses her power which made that grief being transmitted to both the Principality and the Kingdom armies, making them lose their will to keep fighting.
Back in the ship where the princesses and the black knight are, the little sister is dying due to the summoning of the sea creature, she said to her sister that despite fearing her own death she also feel a bit happy (since she is also affected by Livia powers making her lose the will to continue fighting) before dying. The princess grieves over her little sister death, after which the black knight ask her to order him to continue fighting, since he doesn't want for the battle to end just like that and wants to fight until the end, to which the princess allows, saying that it's too late for her to stop now, having her hands already stained with blood.
The black knight invades the Royal ship and tries to kill Livia to stop her but Rion managed to intercept him on time, taking the fight outside to which the black knight rejoices, since he wanted to defeat Rion, since to him he has to kill Rion no matter what since he is dangerous for the Principality.
Meanwhile, since the one who summoned the sea creature is dead, it also disappears, leaving Luxio free to go back in order to help Rion.
Back to the princess, she is trinyg to stop a noble who is about to kick her sister death body in a fit of anger, the princess said to the noble that her sister did the best she could for her country, to which the noble respond that she was just a failure since she ended up being useless in the fight, and before she has the chance to refute this, the noble says how the princesses were just useful tools, using their status as royalty and their magical artifact for the sake of invading and conquering the Kingdom and also reveals that her parents did not die due to the Kingdom, but rather there were killed by the nobles since they refused to wage war with the Kingdom. Just as she is shocked by that revelation, the airship they were on gets hits by a stray monster, making the noble fall before being swallowed by the monster. The princess now alone, feels that there is nothing left for her to live for and so uses her magical artifact in order to kill everyone, summoning a monster that is the Last Boss of the Otome game, an enemy so strong that Rion once told to Luxion that he has no chance to win against it.
Now we are getting close to the end of the arc, some things to notice are the fact that while the last boss to suddenly make it feel like it will be the last arc, there are still a lot of unexplained things like:
-There is supposed to be a Demon King is this world, an existence that Rion never heard of in the game.
-What happened to the old humans and how did the new humans appear in the world
-The events from the game happening early that it was supposed to be (the Principality's invasion happened 1 year early)
Finally, another thing to note for this arc is the fortune-telling results Rion got back at the Elven village, that told him that he would lose someone important to him soon, which right now the most likely candidate for that is his father, who is currently heading alone to help Rion since he is currently losing against the black knight and is prepared to die in order to help him.
^ To be a bit more specific, when both confessed to him, he answered that he likes both, which get him a double slap from both.
Then at the end of the chapter, Livia said to him that she will definitely make Rion to fall for her (since both of the girls thought that Rion didn't answer seriously to their confession), to which Rion answer "Sorry, that is impossible"
There has been myriad of ways to postpone romantic conclusion
Misunderstandings, donkan, deaf, circumstances etc
Doesn't change the fact that the resolution is shoved to the end
RIP Rion, he is no longer a free man (he got formally engaged to both Ange and Livia)
Also, it looks like the Otome game also had another secret that he didn't know
Spoiler:
The game actually got 2 sequels after Rion died in his previous life, and since in every game the world will be in danger, he has no choice but to make sure there are no reincarnated persons who mess up the game story like Marie did.
Angela and Livia tricked Rion and had an engangement cerimony, 1 and 3 game plot is over so now Rion is going abroad to take care of the 2 game's boss.
His sister and her lovers got on the ship too since there are people planning to kill them .
Hertrude seems like she will be forced to marry someone since her country lost.
Julius seems to have a little brother(king+concubine) .
Claris-senpai seems angry Rion engaged Livia and Angela.
Well, it is hinted that Luxion is just faking it to gather more info on the sacred tree. He was observing the situation from the start but didnt stop the prince from doing that stupid magic oath. Instead he moved the supplies from the ship to Rion's house.
I wonder if MC will now try to seduce the heroine to get the power of the sacred tree since she is the miko .
1. If a story only has one heroine, then it's a non-harem story with a single heroine. An example of a story like that is "Magi's Grandson", and "Yuyu Hakusho". The single heroine in those stories are Cecily and Keiko.
2. If a story has two heroines, then it's called a non-harem story with double heroines. An example of this is the anime, Just Because, where 2 girls like the MC romantically, and Gamers, where the 3rd girl is the GF of MC's friend and she just thinks of MC as a friend instead of a love interest.
3. Only if a story has 3 girls or more romantically attracted or liking the MC can it be called a harem.
New candidate for MC's harem. MC just got recognized as lover candidate for shrine maiden . BTW heroine is not a reincarnator, the reincarnator was the twin sister of the heroine.
Meanwhile the heroine is deep into yandere route, with the capture target dragging her around with a collar like she were a pet.
I kind of wish that the other characters would ask why Marie is calling Leon "aniki" or "oniichan". They wonder why Marie and Leon seem to be talking about something, but they don't ask why she's calling him that.
Marie is pretty short after all. I didn't pay much attention to her picture until now.
I finished reading chapter 71 today. Who the heck is Noel? I missed the explanation on who that is.
This story can be pretty frustrating to read because of the different character's actions. The Five Idiots keep losing money, etc. I stop reading for awhile and then I come back after I cool off.

seem like masochist tendency to me, seriously, i can't even laugh at it either because i have the same problem with some book, frustrated beyond belief and then decided to cool off before coming back at it anyway
