It's worth pointing out that (in typical fashion), ANN has duplicate pages for that director. His actual name is Takaomi KaneSaki, and the page under that name is here:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/ency...e.php?id=29712 He's the director of Macademi Wasshoi, which I really enjoyed (and thought it was very well directed). With his name, I'd say this will be a fun series. Mediocre, but fun. Deen really hasn't been a reliably studio for a long while now...

The first volume of the shounen manga adaptation of this shounen light novel series will be released tomorrow. I added its cover to the first post of this thread...
It looks similar to the first light novel volume's cover.

I take back the 5th post. This is actually got fairly entertaining upon further inspection and I will definitely watch the anime. I want to be a zombie too ... as well as translation beyond volume 2 <__<.
EDIT: Apparently episode 13 (OVA) will be released with the sale of volume 8 of the light novel next June. I guess 1 cour confirmed then. Pacing should be interesting. Last edited by Kunagisa; 2010-11-10 at 04:05. |

A few small updates. The music will be handled by flyingDog/Victor Entertainment, so it'll be of good quality, I expect.
The OP is "Ma-ka-se-te Tonight" by Iori Nomizu. She's been in a few roles where she sings before (Nymph's character songs, part of Himarinko L. Shizukuesu), but this marks her first time singing on an actual single. The ED, "Notice Me, Zombie, I'm Your Classmate" (the title, roughly translated) is by Rie Yamaguchi, another relative newcomer, partnered with manzo. So it should be a quirky song, at least. |
