Do you watch J/K/C Drama ? If so which are your Favorites

I don't know, the acting on most Live Action Japanese TV and Movies I've ever tried to watch is pretty damn bad. Perhaps I've just had bad experiences, but something tells me maybe not.

Yes, they are both historical drama, and only drama that I watch is historical one, never really liked other dramas.

I haven't watched this one (since I personally dislike historical Korean dramas), but I've read the manhwa version (not for kids, a mature manhwa, it's quality manhwa I swear!) and I must say his life is an extremely interesting one.

I hear from my friend (who watches both K and J drama) that J drama is superior in general, but I could never get into them. If anyone ever feel like trying K-drama I highly recommend the below titles.

Alone in Love - I haven't watched it all sadly but from what little I've seen, this is incredibly hilarious comedy as well as a slice-of-life romance.

The series keeps on getting better and bettter with each passing ep . After GTO and Sailor Fuku to Kikanjuu , Densha is one of those emotionally packed dramas out there ^o^

There has been a raging debate among Drama fans . Which show is better or deserves the coveted spot as number one Drama Gokusen or GTO .IMO its GTO and according to me GTO is one of the best shows I have come watched : )

Personally I liked GTO more than Densha .

I hope you liked GTO , its my fave LvA of all time . IMO its better than Gokusen . I loved the actor playing Onizuka Sorimachi Takashi . You know he is married to Matsushima Nanako who plays Azusa . Love blossomed on the sets of GTO and now they have two daughters


I was such a big fan of Sorimachi Takashi I even ended up watching some of his other shows like Wonderful life , Hotaman . Hotman is pretty good in its own right

More than Densha itself I loved the specials the one with Sayori's friend X Turtle (I am hexed with names) . That was sweet how he sings for her in the stadium , I know the song and way it was sung was horrendous but sweet none the less

@TheChaos: You should definitely watch GTO. I heard that the final episode has ratings of 90+% if that gives you any indication of how good it is.

I will second this recommendation. The only possible bad thing about Full House was that the subs from daddicts were 10 seconds too slow in some of the later episodes. The timing gets horrendous after about ep 8.

Yeah the subbing isnt upto the mark also some words and sentences are left unsubbed . Also there is the Korean thing, Korean sounds very different as we are used to hearing Japanese sounds , Korean needs getting used to . But ...

Generally regarded as one of THE best K-Drama of all time. If a K-Drama gets mentioned, anywhere, I'll bet it's Full House.

Han Ji-Eun (Song Hye Kyo) lives in a house called Full House, built by her father. She is an aspiring novelist. Though they don't get along with each other, as she is messy and he has a bad temper and an affection for cleaning, they agree to live with each other and Ji-Eun works as his maid in order to buy her house back. Out of a misunderstanding and Young-Jae's ill-fated try to make the love of his life, Kang Hye-Won (Han Eun Jung) jealous, he marries Ji-Eun. They set up a contract for the marriage to last six months. During that time, complications ensue and Ji-Eun and Young-Jae become attracted to each other. Also, Ji-Eun starts to hold a strong bond with Young-Jae's family. However, Young-Jae's bad temper along with the romantic attentions of Yoo Min-Hyuk (Kim Sung Soo), Ji-Eun's handsome and friendly publisher, starts to create a rift between the couple.
