I was tempted to put this over in discussions of the Second Barrage, but it really is more appropriate here.
Now, surely most of us recall this particular image. This, more than any other of our favorite ex-paratrooper, inspired me to take a page from DB Sommer and spawn a 'Fusions That Should Never Be'. Fact: there's already an image of her cosplaying Dejiko (and not liking it too much)... ...so, imagine her standing in for a certain Slug Sannin. Further in this vein, it seems Boris found himself a teaching position - yep, he's subbing for one Iruka Umino. I leave other substitutions, and the ensuing wrongness, as an exercise for folks' imaginations.

Yes, it goes past the Second Barrage anime. I assume you're refering to the scanlated chapters, no? I believe 12 is the most recently translated, so you are up to date in that respect. Raws are floating around on the internet, I read the Chinese adaptation so can't really help you with Japanese raws. If you're interested in Chinese raws, however, drop me a PM. |

well you could go to the site of the people who were translating and ask them if they will continue or you could go to other groups who are looking for something new to start translating and ask them if they are willing. I wish somebody would pick it up and continue.

Black Lagoon will be getting a light novel adaptation:
http://lightnovel.org/2008/05/19/cod...el-adaptations The light novel will be published under the shounen label Gagaga Bunko, a label for boys, so yeah its a light novel for boys. It will be authored by the author of the Fate/Zero light novels, and illustrated by Hiroe Rei (Black Lagoon's mangaka).

So does AnonSpore only do scanlations of completed volumes, or do they do individual chapters after they're released? I'm grateful that they're doing it at all; I'm just curious as to how long I'll have to wait to read the rest of the "El Baile de la muerte" arc (Is it even finished?). Also, whiskey tango foxtrot does that mean in English?

Thread necromancy FTW!
The first volume of the English adaptation came out. I went and bought it. First thing that struck me odd is that the book itself is physically larger than the standard manga released by Viz. Still debating whether I should remove the shrink wrap. |
