I dunno, I think the "bro-mance" between Sasuke and Naruto is really beautiful- when Naruto went on his soliloquy, you could tell that it touched Sasuke. There was a clenched jaw here, a widening of the eyes there, and for an Uchiha, that's like a lot of emotion. Just the fact that Sasuke wants to kill Naruto even more at the end of the episode...well, that's how lil' psychopath Sasuke shows his affection. Sweet, crazy, mentally challenged Sasuke.

Agreed. I also like how they were re-animating a lot of events from before shippuden. Anyways, this very entertaining Kage arc + flashbacks have come to an end, and what needed to be said has been said, time for the real shit to commence .

I'm not gonna lie, as nth power from Saturn's sun annoying Naruto is with his undying love for Sasghey, I couldn't help but be move by him...That mofo kills you with the level of kindness I don't think any Shonen lead has ever shown...I was particularly moved by him saying he would take all the burden of Sas-chan's hate with his own death..I don't know, somehow I didn't expect him to say something quite like that...His battle with Pain truly opened his eyes to the only answer his Dattebayo-a$$ could find...

So I look forward to this fated epic battle 10 years from now when they are both mid-20's Or could I be wrong about that?

I don't know, Naruto really got to me, he's so annoying, but he's like the Christ Superstar of annoying too...

Oh, special props to Tobi's eyeball chamber, Danzou would be so proud of you...I must admit, I had to watch the ep twice before I figured out those were real eyeballs, and not Sharingan video monitors^^...
