Because Ichika is the perfect example of a dokan MC, something that usually ruin this type of LN/manga/anime.
. Thank to Roxy that kind of male protagonist is behind us. . Ok so the ecchi is there, the action too it seems. . what about the humor/drama distribution? |

in japan you only need to have enough time to write a light novel volume and include the following things in order to get a anime adaption:
1. boy as MC 2. school setting 3. supernatural power 4. ecchi/harem stuff 5. weak boy -> still manages to do stuff thanks to [add a convenient reason] yeah, this is pretty much the whole thing :/ |

It's the second work illustrated by Hisasi that will get animated, the first being Netoge na Yome. This one at least got the prologue and chapter 1 translated.
But is really an anime? In the blog that I saw they wasn't so sure if it would be a full season or sporadics OVAs. But with Shinmai already with a S2 the chances are quite high right? I got the raws and I have to say Hisasi draw that almost at the risk of getting a warning from the law. Can't wait for the BDs. PS.: For research purposes ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), how many Hisasi's H works got animated? Edit: Poor authors that write good novels but get overshadowed by the Illustrators, to the point that almost no one remember their names |
