Actually I am interested to hear Chiwa Saito voice Yona... You know how sometimes when you read a manga you can "hear" what you think a character's voice might sound like? Well, while reading this one I had no audial reference point, but somehow when I think of her other roles and then try to imagine the combination I can kinda see it and kinda not. Hmm.

Sorta kinda and yet not - my impression was that it was a bit of a mix and mash of "Far East" things. Mongolia themed stuff pops up, Japanese things pop up, even European things pop up.

Yeah! I never expected this manga to get an anime adaption! Totally count me in for this!
I don't think it's as great as Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii but it's still good (hopefully the production is as good as Soredemo). So far the character design is good! ...and I'm watching this solely for the squirrel! The squirrel!!! Really liked that manga but ending was so "incomplete". D: (...and I didn't know it's the same mangaka either until I saw your post! Hopefully she'll do a better ending for this series.)

I know nothing about the manga, but the synopses I've found make this out to be pretty interesting. I'll be adding this to my to-watch list with Donten ni Warau. Guess I'll be on a swordfight binge this coming season.
