it wouldn't be uh..... REALLY noticeable if your junior somehow managed to absorb mostly of his mom's genes before god send him to this world....... even without resorting him to actually look like some type of drag queen

this never happened to me in my life but during my highschool days, most my friends were a bunch group of female students due to the fact that my class has a high percentage of females with only some males & heck enough they are also shounen jump otakus who kept babling something about super saiyans to gomu gomu's, NO romantic intrest with one or heck ALL of them though

unless you have a meganekko-boyish personality fetish

but hey, they all look cute to me though

It's a bit of a drama cliché all right. It happens in Manga too, but most FtM gender bender manga are historical.
