I have the most recent update for my vid. Card.
I just think that WB hates my comp. It's always done this. But every other program with transparency works perfectly without fault.

It doesn't "hate" it without a reason, so obviously there has to be something screwing up with it. For example, you may have some other desktop enchaments that interact with transparency, such the the nVidia desktop or ATI's equivelant. Try shutting down all the background tasks and then re-applying the theme again. Also read the FAQ of WindowBlinds for help and ensuring you have service pack 2 for WinXP.

Okay, after much screwing around with the WB settings, I've come to discover it was the per-pixel alpha blending was active. Since my card doesn't support that, deactivating it fixed my problem.

Unfortunately I do not know it's source or artist. I downloaded a large 1GB .rar of anime/misc backgrounds. I really wanted a green C.C. background, but when I saw this picture, it needed to be on my background.
