Ouch. Sounds awful. I try to avoid uploading songs and stuff especially, because that's actually kinda bad. Getting banned for previews though... meh. Companies should be more open about fans trying to help them spread awareness about shows.

Bit minor but's worth noting that the site updated and the character designs look a bit clearer there...the white haired guy looks totally different from the PV though.
His description is(partially using google translate so forgive me if it's not 100% accurate): Quote:

The site update is pretty nice. They also have a more complete staff listing. The Dominator design is by Makoto Ishiwata, and Kyoji Asano is also the chief animation director. There are interesting comments by the staff. It seems Motohiro and Shiotani were already associated and attached to the project about 3 years ago. They were planning an original anime series, and initially wanted to make a robot anime masterpiece. Motohiro is quite an anime fan as well. Eventually Urobuchi joined the planning committee, and from then on the actual show concept developed into what would become Psycho-Pass. It suited Motohiro as well, since he is familiar with making cop shows. |

They're screening the first two episodes of the series at an early screening event on 9/29. |

There are some really interesting details on the story stuff in the official site regarding the worldview. The main thing is the actual relationship in society between the Psycho-Pass measurement, criminals, Enforcement Officers, and Executive Officers.
Psycho-Pass is the actual psychological certification given to a person based on the various measurements of a person's psychology and personality to provide a grade on how "good" a person's mentality is. This is what governs how society operates in this future. Part of the Psycho-Pass evaluation also includes the criminality coefficient a person has in their mind. This value determines whether a person has the potential to carry out crimes or not. If this value exceeds a certain among, a person is deemed a potential criminal even if no crime has been committed. To protect society from the potential danger, such people are taken away and removed from society. Here's the interesting part. Those with extremely high criminality coefficients and show potential in being a detective are given an offer to be released, in exchange for their cooperation as Enforcement Officers with the criminal task force. Their high criminality potential also makes such people perfectly poised to understand the criminal mind, and as such be able to better analyze a crime scene and solve actual criminal cases. But because of the potential danger involved, as any of these officers could turn into criminals themselves because of how the system has judged them, Executive Officers are the ones who manage and monitor the enforcers. These are society's top elites - those who have been measured to have a "good" personality, and extremely low criminality coefficients. They also have to be intelligent, calm, and high academic performers. Candidates fitting these requirements are selected to join the criminal task force in this division. It is a stressful job with requires them to constantly monitor the enforcers on the field, but at the same time it can be extremely rewarding because of the career advancement opportunities it offers. |

Yes, I need animation. The story and potential developments I'm seeing look good enough, and it's something that could be pulled off with 11 episodes (is it confirmed for 1-cour?), but if it looks horrendous I'll not care enough.
noitaminA and Production I.G give me hope at least. |

And involvement of Makoto Ishiwata is also great because we can think of him as of another Nitro+ member who is involved in this work. Last edited by Iby; 2012-09-13 at 23:12. |

So this is gonna be a 2-cour?!!! I don't care much about the character design so I guess that means I'm hyped through the roof and went down into the night sky.
Mwuahahahahaha, thanks for the info guys. Ah, makes me wanna drop the shows of this season to clear up my mind for the next one.
