Due to the similarities between Portuguese and Spanish and the fact that I studied Spanish during my days at school, I have had no problems following the volume until now.

Yep confirmed Vol 4 completely branches off from the web novel.
The writing is definitely better. Just like the author said in the afterwords, the reason he got that writer block was that he felt as if his work was slowly dropping into the web novel format.

Things changed in vol 4 in the oriana arc compared to web novel:

Roze wedding.
Roze has no sister changed to Roze mother.
Aurora finger gone.
No blending in with mobs.
Mordred is the last boss.
Eplision still focused but beta mixes in half way.
There is a isekai plot where worlds are combining and bringing in the concept of magic into the world.
DoM does not die like a masochist.
Victoria is a new character.

During Mordred fight, he opened a gate to summon monsters to kill everyone. Cid then destroys the gate and the gate basically turns in to a black hole. Things settled and when the gate was collapsing, Cid went "Gotta look cool and jump into darkness" and jumped into the portal, Beta panicked and follow after him and reached japan. Earth basically was run over with monsters 3 years after Cid(earth) died and went full stranger things situation. During the adventure Cid and beta met up with the surviving japaneses (Nishino Akane). They were having turf wars and Akane camp site had electricity so they were a prime target by others. More plot happens then at the end Beta and Cid went back to their world using mordred head which got sucked in too.
Best parts:
Beta very cute.
Beta basically learning japanese in 3 days and talks like izuna from no game no life.
Beta having a twitter war with people with her japanese when they insulted shadow sama
Beta picking a twitter fight with Cid(anonymous) and said she would kill him for insulting shadow.

Cid was panicking the whole time to hurry back to his world because he was scared beta would find out that his knowledge is from earth.
Cid probably does not know that Akane was dragged with beta to their world. Cid jumped into the portal first and ran straight to his school while beta was packing up technologies from earth (honestly this part was funny, Beta basically kidnapped her for more knowledge.

I don't know if she was from the manga but she is from a special chapter in the web novel.

And the front cover of vol 4 isnt cid and his sister, its Cid(Minoru?) with akane.
