1/4 Resin Yoko build
Hmm, not too many gurren lagann resin figure discussions here... time to add mine...I started working on this kit last month, it's a 1/4 scale resin kit of Yoko. There were a good number of pinholes revealed during the surface prep so a couple of rounds of sanding/priming/puttying was needed to get things ready for paint. I was also disappointed in the stock rifle barrel, so I made some "modifications". Complete progress so far: http://gamerabaenre.com/pearl_yoko_prog.htm
Here are some excerpt pictures: Size comparison with the kit and the 1/100 G3 Gundam when I had her pinned up, big kit. Spoiler:
What the original gun looked like and all the supplied for my modifications: Spoiler:
What the gun looked like after I frankensteined it: Spoiler:
Base coat of skin tone: Spoiler:
Current progress to date: Spoiler:
The link above has about 80+ pictures and a more detailed description of the build progression so far.

Fabulous work, GB ... the model itself is quite dynamic though I think the designer made a poor choice for her facial expression (too bland/mellow).
Really liked the gun mods, the leather stitching effects and the hair highlights.
