Is it because the recoil reduction is mainly designed for .44 Mag or .50 AE?

44 magnum is the standard load, indeed, and the frame is about twice to three times as heavy as compact pistol. It's also use gas operation instead of blowback recoil, hence less kickback overall

In this version, Ichika has some experience with firing range, and he remarked it would be better if he got a weighted revolver any day, but he found the gun by a chance so he stick on it. In fact, he found yet another Dessert Eagle and decided to pick the barrel and magz rather than the gun as a whole, because it's chambered in 50 (Ammo rarity kick in the nuts indeed)

The only thing that bugs me is the headshots: It should NOT be that easy scoring headshots with every bullet.

Unless you're 3-5 meters away and facing a slow zombie, one tap on the head, maybe two after it's down.

There's no use shooting them unless you have no other means of escaping, it's waste of precious ammo.

How about a crossover with High School of the Dead?

Truth be told, the first fanfic I thought of was actually for High School of the Dead. With OCs in it and they have the same issue as the Canon characters, except the OCs know each other and they're seperated at the start of the whole thing.

Sheesh, talking about that is making me want to write it now...

In my old rabbit, I.S.A. is portrayed as elite school, but nothing about mecha. It's relative safe for a while... until the monorail crashed on the station bring the zombie into the island school.

The only means to escape is via sea, and they don't even sure how, considering EMP and shit.

Has anyone thought of actually writing the "Yandere" version that was talked about a while back?

I even remember writing a scene or two of it just for the hell of it. And posting some of Gears of War's BGM to set it.

The fact that it was made by the same guy who wrote Madoka Magica might be a but if a turn-off, but its been confirmed he only wrote episode 1, so the rest won't be horrible deaths 101.

Might help with IS fics too, since the mechs play a big role.

Oh no, obviously Chifuyu would be excluded. The reason is obvious: The zombies would give one look at her before digging their own graves....again. They're dead, not stupid:/

I seriously doubt Ichika would have it in him to strike down Tabane. Honestly, he does give off that sorta aura.
