Just got vol 22 and while I haven't really read the whole thing I did browse certain parts and....

Spoiler:

It seems Sydonay gets killed at the end by Margery. Then he encounters Hecate who offers him her hand and they go together to the other side

Dunno what this means; whether its the afterlife they go to (I thought Tomogara are soulless? Likely not....) or she saves him at the last and its Xanadu they go to, we shall see...

They both perished (Don't know what dimension they're in) and talked about Bel-Peol being the only Trinity alive and about the next cycle when SoF awakes to grant Denizens' wish again. Hecate who respond to those wishes as the medium of SoF will be reincarnated first and then Sydonay who has duty to protect her.
Bel-peol dissolves Bal Masque and SoF returns to his sleep after orders her to use Tartaros to separate Yuji from him (I think).

Damn....Kiara and Sale vs Dantalion and Mammon is like a Deus Machina battle from Demonbane....like Ambrose vs a Destroyer Robot down to the insane speed spell-powered blitzes and missile spam. Epic shit.

Even the spell names "Drakane no Hou" and "Grippen no Kou" recall Kishin Houkou Demonbane...

Surprisingly the Prof put up quite a good fight before going down....not to mention the mortally wounded Mammon going berserk after that...

I don't think there is a reason. It's something that just happened. From what I know of SnS. But perhaps I'm wrong. Something that just happened to spark from an epiphany.
Walking down the street one day and suddenly "Oh! I think I'm in love with Shana" sorta thing.

They were readying themselves for death and that gave Kiara a boost to her courage.

Thinking of her contractor, the Guze Lord was kindled by love.

"Don't give up, we've always admired you."

"Our Kiara."

Nodding in reply to everyone, her god vessel Zorya picked up speed.

A light brighter and more expansive than the Aurorae followed in its wake.

From a point in the expanding center of a detonation, Zorya burst forth with overwhelming speed.

For an instant, it's straight-forward course looked as if it were opening a road towards the Professor and Domino's machine lab.

However, this ultra-high speed charge that appeared as lightning was too late.

Sale had already prepared to gamble his life.

(Now then, victory or death)

Kiara focused all her awareness at the spot before her eyes.

With the foreshadowing of the Professor's voice, the walls of the lab opened like a bee's nest
