Shana won, no surprise. She had a good margin so I hope that doesn't affect her in later voting rounds when people vote against her in fear of her strength. I was rather surprised by Caro's pass but then again Kirari had a bunch of fake votes. And Tamaki... I guess split votes didn't hurt too much.

well the first Night Wizard game was released in 2002 same with Embodiment of Scarlet devil so both would be real...
and Remilia and Bell Zephyr are really different from each other...
Remilia is childish while Bell Zephyr is cunning and mysterious...

I understand the whole progenitor of the silent girl stereotype, but historical significance (if such a term may be applied to anime) isn't moe. I suppose it's just my own personal tastes (and Asuka-bias probably), but I've always felt that her popularity was disproportionate to her character. Anyways, I hope it's as you said and that she doesn't crush souls this time around.

are pretty much a Asuka and Rei are kinda like insituation. Everyone knows who they are, even the non-otaku culture. While both characters are still fairly popular i not sure of thier popularity in 2ch, which is very different form the rest of Japan.

the window to appeal is only open for first 5 min of so. Once it is confirm it doesn't get overturn. Other wise Shana wouldn't have made it out of the first round last year.

However since I can't read it aside from the numbers (the post being entirely in Japanese), I have no idea what it means exactly. If it is a bluff, and evening out, a correction, as statement from being butthurt, or anything else for that matter.
