So,this would be Newtype February right?So does that mean the other lineart of Qan[t] with the black background was newtype January?Because I'm sure we received these 2 scans of Newtypes less than one month from each other.

The black-background-one was not from Newtype. It was from a pamphlet given to the new year event attendants.

Actually, they are not all Zakus--they are all mono-eye type Mobile Suits. Next to the tip of the Exia's GN-Sword, you can see an Acguy. Though small, next to the Gundam 30th Anniversary seal is a Tieren. Next to the large Zaku head next to the same seal is a Dom.
