The anime is surprisingly good, I expected only some unanimated ecchi action, but I got superb character designs, very stylish animated action, and a decent story without an annoying male MC, and an interesting harem

lol well that's a downfall of the idea but I can kinda agree with Friday.
I'm probably in a minority but the MC doesn't quite click for me.
It's not that's he's bad in any way(that I can be thankful for and guess can consider it a "good" point in a way) but also can't really bring myself to think he's great or really interesting in any way either.
I guess I'm not caring enough to think he should live or die.

With this type of series unless the male lead is outstanding or has a real charm about him then my focus ends up squarely on the rest which as it is is all beautiful female warriors, it's hard to pull your gaze from that

He is a good character however, quite different from other Harem Protagonist. The anime just finish vol 1, vol 2 which is where the next Episode starts is where he ranks as one of the best protagonist due to his actions.

Just watched 4..... So the best way to stop a murderous General aka Katsuie was to grab her boobs from behind which will have an effect equaling to gripping a Saiyan-Jin tail.....

Regardless whether or not Oda Nobuna was there or not. Imagawa would've have attack anyway like in history. Owari Province at the time at best had a force consisting of only 3000. Imagawa had at least 25,000 to 40,000. Nobuna did the right move in my opinion. Saito Dosan is a great military asset. If he were to die, it would be a great lost especially if she planned to attack and conquired the Mino Province. Saito would rally support in the Mino Province still loyal to him and in the long run be a great help. Having more Generals with great minds is well worth the risk since knowing you may be attacked anyway by Imagawa there or not.

I think that Saito's pretty much 'in retirement' now. He's taking it easy with his daughter and adopted daughter, Nobuna, and all the pretty women around him. Although I'm pretty sure that he'll help Nobuna out but I don't think he's going to take the forefront in it - this is Nobuna's task and he's along for the ride to see it through as far as he can.
