Those are Terminal Type Innovades that Veda has integrated into the human society to keep watch on Earth's peace. How else do you expect Tieria to watch over Earth lol

Those Innovades are just eyes for Veda, they live normal human lives and don't know they are eyes for the 'Celestial Being'. This is how 'God' watches over humans.

Actually, I didn't have a problem with Lacus' singing in the dub. I'm not a fan of Lacus myself, but I liked the songs.

In the french version, her subbed aren't dubbed, they stay in japanese.

I remember being in the living roomwhen I first watched the dub of this episode, on cable TV.

Then my father comes in, hear that and goes : "God that sucks. What's this, Eurovision ?"

Haha, its always a misconception that the singing had stopped Zents from attacking or approaching Earth, but the sad reality was that Earth was destroyed/annihilated/wiped clean in Space War I. Earth was only repopulated when the acquisition of Zentradi technology became a reality.

On the other hand, I like Lacus' songs. I have not heard her songs in other languages, and I pray I shall never hear them.
