Zombie Side-A 04 - Vampire Ninja Cowboys vs Zombies
I do enjoy the occasional one-premise, high concept episode like this every now and then. The show can do episodes like this now because we've become so familiar with the characters, their personalities, their running gags. Mostly, I'm impressed at just how far reaching the hand of the vampire ninjas are. And it was nice to see Orito taking on a (sort of) major role after a long time, and he is making a genuine effort to become Ayumu's friend again. The real highlight of the episode was Yukinori's cowboy outfit. It stood out from the others, as did Yuki herself. The stuff with the models was nice, too. I'm enjoying the second season so far. The casual reveal of Anderson - I wonder if that will have repercussions down the line. |

Aikawa... first the mecha model & then cosplay cafe.
He's walking a dangerous path this time. It was an interesting coincidence all of Aikawa's household worked there LOL Poor Aikawa took another dose of abuse from the girls. I don't think he's normal anymore after all that.

It looks like FMP has really hit the popularity these days!
I first see the references in Lucky Star not here! I really enjoyed this episode because I was able to see the sweet side of each girls I kinda expected that Eucliwood would do something like that. Haha

I'm really loving this series. The episode was really fun and entertaining. Of course, the best part was after the ending credits when Eu "took care" of the imaginary ones.
It has recently occurred to me for a few weeks now. Why is Haruna pushed forward as the main heroine in the anime and episode intro when Ayumu clearly likes Eucliwood? (and vice versa)

Romance is vague, as Ayumu has a lot of potential love targets. For whatever else she's done since then, Haruna was the main instigator of the plot. She gave Ayumu the magical chainsaw that changed his life, and brought the Megalo fight to his attention (against his will). If he had stayed with Eu, this would've been a slice of life show about a zombie and a necromancer. That's not a bad premise, but Haruna's presence kicked everything into high gear.
