I love how half of the posts there seem to be mindless 「おっぱい！」and 「ドラまた」... Gosh, don't they have anything better to do?

So, to make it short,

Spoiler:

- Toa seems to be...on the frigging Moon?
- Jin is taken in by ISDA but it isn't long before he breaks out with Gio's assistance.
- Dunno where did Gio pull that big sword out of...must be one of his innate powers.
- Jin did become Gio's pilot after all - at least for the time being, since they have converging goals.
- Kazuki got his consolation prize: the blue-haired girl he meets at the end.

Next ep preview:
- Looks like Toa will be back on Earth but not necessarily in high spirits.
- Jin is under arrest (once again...).
- Gio is on the Moon.

Yeah, but that's what makes it funny. Seems quite a few like the OP a lot though.

well, it was a great ep,
rally liked what was done and for some reason the CGI didn't bother me as much, at some points it even looked pretty damn good.

-it looked like kazuki was raped XDDD
-aya got some more lines, and it seems she still knows a lot more then what was shown,
also she gonna chase them to the MOON XDDDD
-the animation was more or less at the same level of ep2
-the plot have advanced nicely ass well
-the mysterious "how do they ride the dragons" question has been answered as well, which cleared up some things(how the hell did he know he needs that? 0.0)
-one of the topics of the series have been reveled as well(the dragons free will or lack of)
well those are the only things that pop into my mind right now :P

Wtf, how'd you notice that?

Anyway, good episode although a bit throwaway in development. It does setup a few VERY important points that may be relevant to future episodes.

Spoiler for major points (IMO) for ep 4:

1. Jin can hear Toa sing whereas Gio cannot which probably confirms the suspicion that a Resonance was performed between Jin and Toa or perhaps something deeper.
2. We find out that the Dragons do not have free will although Gio is the exception for some reason and piques Machina's interest profoundly.
3. The dragons aren't mecha!
4. Piano woman is introduced. If she's a dragon, she's a free-willed one similar to Gio it would seem.
5. We get to see what Atrum looks like.
6. ISDA is operating under the assumption that Jin knows what's going on with the dragons.
7. Jin has some resolve now! Huzzah!

Man, the music for this show is really impressive.

like, they accidentally forget to paint there and its so light that it can barely be seen?

the only way i can think of that would accidantly cause this is

if the moon was a 3d model, as well as the bg and the global lighting caused the moon to form a shadow on the "plane"(bg) behind it.
but i find that to be extremely unlikely..
as why the hell would they make the moon a 3d model if its part of the bg,
well if they simply reused the "set" from the other angel then the earth(and the earth's aurora) would have been a different model as well, and the "shadow" affect could only happen if the moon was in front of the earth, which is unlikely considering the composition of the frame..

they have been flying to space for some while now, a space station(or a secret space station :P) is a possibility, and it being round is not out of the question

Hmm.. wonder if it could have anything to do with that weird looking planet in the last part of the opening, and in the very beginning of episode 1. (Looked like the original three came from there or something)

This one that appears next to the moon doesn't have that red "ring" in the middle, but it might also be something that appears only at certain times, who knows :O Then again of course could be something completely different

A fairly good episode.

The ISDA continue to annoy me. This episode's main annoyance was the red-hair. Especially how she pulls a gun like that and arrests him, for no reason. Oh, except that he might know something. But let's pull a gun on everyone who knows something...

ISDA lose again! Yay!!!!! They deserve it.

To the moon, where hopefully killer bunnies don't live on!

Kazuki gets sadder, more pathetic, and has dropped below Suzaku... Greatly...

Considering Jin runs off and starts incoherently babbling but also manages to sabotage ISDA headquarters, I wouldn't be hesitant to pull a gun on the guy either, not to mention he stole an important ISDA vehicle. I mean, the ISDA has been pretty bad the last few episodes but in this case, Jin was on the offensive and came up with the plan.

My dislike for ISDA pushed me to insult ISDA.

But, ISDA still forcibly captured Jin, AGAIN, and was planning to interrogate him... AGAIN. They still view him as bait, and the ISDA didn't treat Gio well either.

He didn't steal the vehicle yet, and isn't it partially ISDA's fault that a depressed teenager manages to come with a plan that allows him to escape?

She almost shot him! He isn't armed, can't kill anyone (or at least doesn't want to), and just wants to get out of the place that forcibly captures him.

Is it so wrong to run away from a group of people that:
Capture you by force
Doesn't give squat about your problems or your family's.
Treats you as bait
And are, overall, a bunch of nasty people.

The red-hair simply was the one doing the capturing, etc. Acting nice after threatening him... Burn, girl... Die painfully... (Heh, wishful thinking)... Hmm... Too harsh for now...

Considering that what he's going after could probably level a city and take everyone in it out, I'd say they're pretty justified. I mean, the guy IS the only link to her and rather than listen, he'll run off and do what he wants. He's not entirely innocent, heh.

Well of course he'd rather run off and do his own thing. They haven't exactly shown him anything that he feels he can either trust or agree with. He only has their word that they are even protecting anything and quite frankly their actions have shown him otherwise.

I wouldn't work with them either.

Since they won't offer him anything that he considers important, they have to kidnap him and act like thugs. Perhaps someone should teach the ISDA about the concept of negotiation and compromise? Maybe they need to think about how they can motivate him to help them. Or maybe they really are just thugs.

I dunno, he's not exactly been reasonable either. He was told the reason why they couldn't exonerate his father and was even invited to join but then tried to storm off until Kazuki entered. Now that I think about it, Toa was the one that dragged Jin away in ep 2. Maybe we should blame her for causing a bigger disturbance with the ISDA, heh. Seemed like he was content meeting her and then probably would've gone back afterwards.

The reason was because it would panic the populace. As opposed to smashing bridges and other structures in a dragon battle while people take pictures? Yeah, that makes tons of sense. I think it is time to exonerate his father and come clean. If they'd offer to exonerate his dad he might be willing to cooperate.

Except they didn't expect a dragon battle that would smash bridges and other structures. That certainly wasn't on the ISDA's menu and up until Spirytus went bonkers, there wasn't an issue. It'd probably still be a secret now, heh. Makes me wonder what 'cause Spirytus to go nuts.

You know, with all this discussion, it's kinda surprising how much Gonzo has fit into 4 eps.
