No, Gilgamesh is a human and not a servant anymore. This makes it impossible for him to be in a contact in the same way as he was in the 4th Holy Grail War.

Erm, yes, they are. Kirei is still Gil's master, and Gil still needs prana. The only difference him getting a body makes is that it gives him essentially infinite Independent Action.

Gilgamesh needs prana, yes, but not to stay in the world, and he doesn't seem to be getting it from Kirei. Gilgamesh needs prana to use the Gate of Babylon extensively, and Kirei's set it up so that Gilgamesh draws his prana from the orphans that the church took in after the fire.

Shirou can pull swords out of the ground in UBW faster than Gil can pull out swords from the Gate of Babylon. Also, UBW allows Shirou to sword rain much better than Gil. If the Shirou vs Gil fight went on long enough Gil could have simply ran out of weapons to defend himself with.

Ok. Also, isn't Shirou's UBW capable of tracing any weapons used inside it? So any weapon that comes out of Gate of Babylon can be automatically duplicated? I think I read that somewhere, not quite sure.

Uhhh, he can't trace Ea, period. His head wouldn't explode, he just can't do it period. Tracing consists of understanding the object's composition, its history, and then reproducing those.

Ea's material composition is too alien to be analyzed so the process is interrupted at step 1.

Yes, they were part god, but they were also generally treated as humans. Half and 2/3 god is fine. It's just full gods that are not allowed.

Even the Catholic version can be summoned. He was only human ( I dunno if he is part God at that point) until he came back from Hell 3 days after his death where he became part of God.
So if Heracles who was human (with part god) who turned into an immortal after death can still be summoned then Jesus should be able to.

That said, if Jesus was to be summoned, then it would most likely be the Catholic version since it is the text that is more well known with Jesus as its focal point.
