She becomes his main weapon and he becomes known as the Loli/Little Girl User far across the land.

They also hold hands a lot and are basically always together.
She's assertive when it comes to hand holding but her speech is still mainly tsundere, just her actions have a lot less tsun in them.
Basically a similar relationship to Emilia and Pack.

Betty doesn't become Subaru's partner at the end of arc 3, her story is told in the latter half of arc 4.

Spoiler:

Basically Betty's origin story is told, and Subaru had to change her conviction.
She's the daughter of Ekidna, the Witch of Greed, and she's holding onto a copy of the Book of Wisdom, waiting for its blank pages to update.
Ekidna told her to guard the library until the book tells her otherwise. But she never bothered to mention that the book will NEVER update and she is to guard the place for all eternity.

Subaru convinces her to stop waiting for the stupid book and live her life as her own.
She becomes Subaru's partner spirit and bonds with him. She's basically like how Puck is to Emilia now.

Betty's misery is one of the reason why Subaru turns his back on the Witch of Greed.

I actually, I'm not surprised that Betty and Subaru eventually ended up being this way, mainly because the 2nd arc provided some hints on it.

-I mean, Ram mentioned they were actually compatible despite they're seemly rocky relationship on the surface, shame the anime couldn't include that line.
-Roswaal pointed that she shared the same affinity as him during their discussion about magic in the bath.
-I don't ever recall it being outright stated in what I read of 2nd arc, but there was pretty strong implication that she was spirit, with her forming a temporary contract with Subaru (and really her talk of contracts in general) and fact she shared various abilities with Puck most notably the skill to drain mana.
-Betty herself noted she never really disliked him, he just annoyed the heck out of her. She even went out of her way help him in some of the loops most notable the 4th where she guarded him pasted the agreed terms of their temp contract (and made up some tsundere excuse about it ) and was generally invaluable source of info and oddly enough in some ways provided emotional support that helped Subaru find the path needed solve the ordeal of that arc.

So I suppose in the end its was only naturally things would turn out this way. It's too bad Subaru's Gate was busted for quite some time before this happened since becoming a Spirit User like Emilia was probably the only way he come become a decent mage with how limited his own mana is by itself.

Do you think it's possible for Reinhard's blessing to actually be to take away blessings from others? What else would be stopping him for wishing to have every blessing possible and destroying every 'monster' in the world?

Reinhard took away the powers of the Sword Saint from his mother while she was fighting and resulted in her death. Wilheim seems to blame Reinhard for his mother's death. It is possible that he feels guilt about taking other's blessing, which is why he doesn't just go on blessing wishing spree.

After all there's gotta be some con to having such power.

Disclaimer: I'm highly critical of the author's writing capability, as what I think about the original web novel is summarized as follows:

An interesting story and premises of great potential largely spoiled by the author's disastrously poor and crude writing.

I can't count how many times I lamented "If only a more capable writer other than him had written the same story!" when I read the original web novel. Since I'm not an avid reader of Japanese Light/Web novel, not so many works I have read so far (perhaps about 10~15 works?). Anyway, among all the Web/Lightnovel authors whose works I have read, the author of Re:Zero is the worst. I suspect he has read hardly any decent/high literature, and most of his readings of fiction is confined to light-novel, manga etc.
