Diehauser is the emperor and is not even considered a super devil. We have no clue what Sirzechs potential even is his still young and has not trained to even control his true power in his super devil form.

@Parry999 diehauser isn't a true Emperor . and in volume 16 afterwards ishi said rias's talent to gather her servants is on par with her brother , or her fated meeting is that of a maou class

Still Sona was rated a better king than Rias back in Volume 5 despite Rias having more powerful servants.

The servants you gather or how powerful you are aren't really determinants for being a good king.

Emperor is the title of the champion of the rating game there is no devil emperor rank or class.

How on Earth did you come to that conclusion? What empire would he rule hell when an actual Lucifer just returned to it? That's not likely at this point.

That's just a moniker. Would you say that Ddraig and Albion were rulers of an empire because they were known as the Red Dragon Emperor and White Dragon Emperor respectively? Or that the Dragon Kings ruled kingdoms?

Diehauser is known as 'Emperor Belial' because of him conquering the Rating Games.

I know what kings and emperors are. You're literally just taking the terms way too literally in this sense.

it's all about brain and Sona is terrific about strategy. Rias is far better in power, but about strategy Sona is on a whole completely different level (and you can study and everything, but brain is not a muscle. Sona is a genius, Rias is not)

It's really not about strategy as much as Sona understood better than Rias what it meant to be a king.

Actually it is MC power and plot armor, you can talk all about talent and potential as much as you guys can, but well DxD is a shounen hero series, and like any shounen hero the author mostly throwing softball at the MC and they can punch those problem away with ease, many of Issei allies each have a very convenience backstory and personality so they can change from enemy to allies just by some inspired actions and words of the main character, almost everyone around is good person, Issei can be abnomal, but many peoples around him are too good, and even the enemy give him space and time for him to grow for some reason. Sorry for far off topic tell me if you throw Issei into Fate Stay Night series to replace Emiya Shirou, how did he fare.

What dude his harem is like 12 women empires are huge. Ishi not going to just magically give Issei his own Kingdom. His followers are all from different factions too who won't defect.

If it means anything Issei can get his own territory in the Underworld when he becomes an Ultimate-class devil.

I saw the descriptions in the wiki and... Apparently the nekomata and kitsune are the only youkais with beautiful females.. Maybe I am wrong.. The Yuki-onna was terrible but maybe another of these races surprise me in good way..
