Because that's the only unique plot story that was present for me in this volume. As for my overall impression on LN v10, well i would say that it was OK (and felt a lot shorter as well, because i finished reading the whole volume in about 3-4 hrs of casual reading). That's because nothing major happened with the plot for the volume, and even the big event of Kazuya's Coronation and Wedding didn't feel that exciting. Everything felt really normal. The Coronation and the multiple Weddings all felt normal. Halbert's story felt a bit too much stretched as well. The things that i didn't like are, the lack of names for some of the new characters, even-though i know they aren't that important to the plot or the story. Also, for some reason Kazuya didn't comment on the fact that flat-head drill that the Genia and the others created is similar to the design of "Tunnel boring machine". And the plot relating to Serina's emotional standpoint felt a bit forced in (mainly because we never really knew much about her before).

I agree that the wedding/coronation didn't have an impact, since the ceremony of the two events are already in action (he has children with Liscia and he has royal authority). |

I just finished reading vol 10 and i thought it was pretty meh. There were some good parts, like hal's character development, the coronation moment, and kagetora's visit to the former king, but the rest was pretty meh. I couldn't give a shit about the minister of food getting engaged and the preparation for the wedding. Hopefully the next volume will focus more on the real plots like the trouble with the mercenary kingdom, lunarian kingdom, and dragon islands alliance. It looks like there will be civil war in those three kingdoms, and souma will probably manage to bring them to his side, either making them a military alliance, vassal state, or better unite them to his kingdom. Oh almost forgot, more military tech advancements like maybe getting beasts of burden suitable for tanking enemy's infantry and strengthening cavalries.
