This 24-26 rock pretty hard. They skipped out some minor detail but added some ridiculous filler but it is nicely done. I wonder how long till season 3 ova...

Athena always fight with a handicap. She fought Poseidon without her armor and defeated Hades without her goddess body. Thank god her saints are always nearby.

Sometimes, I ask this to myself:
Why gods need human protection? Can't they do everything on their own? They're gods for god's sake!

Easy one: One god wants to conquer the land. He forms an army to keep the humans under control. Defending god, retaliates by forming her own army. And so the tradition continues.

Hmm...good answer. But there's still something to it. You see, none of the Gods who've been fought so far has a desire to rule mankind. They simply want to destroy everything (Poseidon wants to sink the world & Hades wants to kill everything that live). So, why do they need Specters/Mariners? Can't they just come directly to Athena, or better yet, ganging up on her? Directly kill her. No more buying time like slowly drowning her in a tower or suck her blood in a giant urn. Surely, she won't put much fight then.

Still, its so cruel of them if they slay their own niece.

At least Sage was able to lock away Thanatos while sacrificing himself. Does that me Hakurei will have to deal with Hypnos? So Hypnos has the four god of the dream world work for him. Surprised at how easily they entered the sanctuary and were able to take Sisypohous' soul. El Cid was bad ass with his moves, too bad he cut his own arm off. Looks like the four gods capture Tenma next time. __________________ My Anime List

El Cid really lost an arm but he is still so determined and able to out smart 2 gods for a moment i thought we get to see Pandora taking bath Tenma gets a sudden cloth power-up is a bit too easy... __________________

So Hades was able to awaken Tenma's soul that gave his cloth a power up to equal the power of a gold saint. I wonder why he did that. Just when you think it's about to get easy the god revive and combine. It's going to be tough for El Cid who's on his last legs. Let's hope Athena can bring back Sisyphous, even though it's really dangerous. __________________ My Anime List
