Did some back reading and thought, oregairu sure is cool, to think that some well read people still read it despite it's faults and all. Though it's somewhat distasteful to label LNs as low-art, it is actually quite true, just goes to show that good prose isn't quite necessary to tell a good story ( though it helps a LOT ), one other LN that has made me respect the genre a bit more is maoyu. The prose is crap (not really so bad but still), but the story is golden. Honestly didn't think I'd pick up another LN after this one but I guess I can't say that now.

Hopefully not a flashback with just more detail. I guess anything is better than nothing.

Wait... I know this pattern. That's exactly how it was with 7.5. Filler volumes right in the middle of the dramatic arc. Watari-sensei sure likes to keeps us on our toes.

I prefer if the drama CD of 6.5(?) is used for the bonus episode like the athlete festival was in S1. It's a solid choice since it's straight after the events of vol. 9 and adds a much needed dash of fluff since the first half or more of S2 is going to be predictably heavy on drama and developments.

A side story volume now makes me wonder just how it would fit into the timeframe of the series since the gap between volume 9 and 10 was rather short and I doubt 7 and 8 would be good material given how tense it was.
