anyway, seems quite meaningless to me. If you do notice, they have Ranka's autograph over at the next page. So Sheryl's page is juz some illustrations with her own autograph.

and the pic on top belongs to Ranka... (looks similar to what they have imprinted on VF)

so i won't be surprised if the pic down below is the Sheryl's imprint they have for the VF

Also, i do not think Kawamori will be "dumb" enough for troll us with "RIP" and put on a "i told u so..." smirk right at the end of the show... after episode 25. That will be rather stoopid and childish, at least to me.

Hm, I think it's the same queen only less detailed, in the first picture that is. The picture is colored differently and it has more shadows.

Oh and here is my theory on that picture album in the ED.

Looks carefully at the drawing of Sheryl to the left of the R.I.P and then the picture cell of Sheryl to the right of it.

I do not remember that picture of Sheryl in that outfit in that location in the anime. This picture seems to be something else. Here is my theory. The Sheryl to the left is the entertainer Sheryl. The Sheryl singing Idol, Galactic Fairy, Sheryl. That persona of hers might be at an end. i.e. she may give up singing after this. Hence R.I.P would be accurate in saying goodbye to the entertainer part of Sheryl.

Then looking at the cell picture on the right could be her back in school (with that uniform) or else perhaps even in the military in some special roll. If she is in the military in a special singing roll then it would still mean the death of her entertainment idol singing career. Or she could simply just be retiring.

Edit add: Ok I see the image of the over sized cow now from the Zentradi farm island where the mall is. Did Sheryl and Alto go out to the pastures and see the cows during their mall date?

So it's my theory that R.I.P between those pictures could mean something other than her physical death. It could mean just the death of her professional singing entertainment career.



BTW Could someone compare that picture of Ranka in the top left with the artwork on the side of the MAC in ship form in the series? Isn't it just the same print that is painted on the side of the ship? The same one that Ranka sang in twice now for NUNS.

Yes, that may also be the case. That would be a nice thing to add to the classic photo book. Eh, this reminds me at which point in the series we're actually at. M7 wasn't that popular and it got continuations. I hope Frontier will get some too.

On a side note. I don't know if it was discussed here before but could someone please tell me if the original Japanese title states 'Your' in 'Your Sound' in plural or singular form?

Sadly no,. the picture on the right of the RIP is in StarDate.. that was the Zentradi hippo blowing its load on Sheryl.. Going up, the middle picture is Ranka's introduction to Alto's class and lastly, the top picture is the cheeky hiding after the kiss in ep 10.

On the left, top picture is Micheal in ep 8 planning to take Ranka on a tour on first day at school before Sheryl's entrance (I cant see the toppest picture clearly). Middle Sheryl pic is again in ep 5 Star date .. During the hotdog eating scene at the very begining of the date. And the bottom part is the phone chat between Sheryl and Alto (Sheryl in her workout clothing)

Yea I came to that conclusion after I posted. I did an Edit Add almost an hour ago because I prefer not to change text I've typed unless it's a grammar or spelling correction.

I'm hoping still that my theory holds water in that it's a R.I.P for the performer aspect and not the character itself.
