yes, plunty of times. i still ship issei x gabriel in dxd even tho iv been told "its never gonna happen" but to be honest the only ship in IS that i have ever liked was ichika x chifuyu.

Volume 9 and 10 hasn't been translated to English.
I read 9, and the summary for 10 on a Chinese site.

Hn, could we bother you Oslight to give us a summary of the events that happened in Vol. 10? I think that it's established that Vol. 9 never happened as far as we're concerned.

If I had to pick a scene, I'd pick the 'showdown' between Madoka and 'Shiroshiki' for being the one I want to know most about.

And the pictures...the Oneesan vibe is so strong with Yuuki Homura... Every cover has a Chifuyu alternate to it. AWESOME!

Ooh, I don't know which site it was again, but from what I can more or less remember:

The White Knight manifested from Byakushiki's core while Ichika was fighting Madoka, I think it was some residue of Chifuyu's conciousness that remained in the core, or something like that. It was pretty vague. White Knight said that Madoka was not qualified (for what, I'm not sure) and was a failure, Madoka angrily stated that she was an Orimura.
She gets defeated, Squall saves her.
Ichika realises the girls have feelings for him.
Oil massage for everyone.
Mixed bath with Chifuyu and Maya.
Date with Honne.

That's what I can remember, not sure if they're actually correct or not, sorry.

Did I mention that Phantom Task told Ichika to be careful of Chifuyu? Well, that happened.

so basically what you're saying is that there is going to be a ichika vs chifuyu arc that leads to them to fighting each other then finding out there not related and then hooking up? sounds good to me!

I never said that... and by this point, it's pretty much confirmed Ichika and Chifuyu is related by blood, or at least have the same genes. And considering that Madoka said that she is Ichika, then she's also related.

Although they are related, I don't know if they are siblings, as in their parents gave birth to all of them. All I know is that Ichika and Madoka is the product of some kind of experiment, and are probably clones.

Well at least now the young orimura boy realized that houki & the others have feelings for him NOW, but after finding out there been a rat in the academy & a traitor, does that mean ichika will realize he can't trust ANYONE at the academy now & eventually go rogue!?

Residue of Chifuyu's consciousness within Core 001? Doesn't surprise me - seen glimpses of it in both anime and LN. But to be able to 'fight' off Madoka and even pass judgement on her...
She's not qualified to be an Orimura...? Curious... The Clone theory gets stronger and stronger...This really portrays Madoka as being very lonely. She actually does want to be part of a family, but the family she believes she's entitled to be with is rejecting her. Hence why she is so angry and wants to kill Ichika and hurt Chifuyu in the process... Sounds kinda weird to some but when has being angry let you make the best decisions - especially as an angry kid.

I really do think that Chifuyu/White Knight rejected her because Madoka doesn't love anything/anyone. Chifuyu loves Ichika - her capacity for fighting and violence is tempered by the fact that she loves Ichika. Ichika loves a lot and is loved by many, but he does have the potential to come close to Chifuyu's level (in time). The stronger someone/something is, the more restrictions are placed on it (soldier > tank > nuke). Madoka is an unfettered Orimura - she doesn't love anything nor is she loved. Unfortunately, the very thing that she needs, Chifuyu is keeping away from her. Weird how that happens.

Well in most part its Madokas own fault of this... she must know that Ichika might not know about her existence so why do she need to be so violent and ready to kill him. She could act kind and nice around Ichika so he would build up emotional on her and nag chifuyu to let her in but Madoka is all about kill kill kill. If she wants to be accepted and loved then first she must let down that murderer mask and let some emotions and love get in.

Ichika would gladly take Madoka in but she always wants to blow his head off when they meet...so no progress from her side so far and no wonder WK called her a failure she just doesnt deserve to be an orimura yet and needs to rething her doings.

Anyway the question is was Ichika concious when the WK manifested itself on Byakushki ? (was it just a hologram of some sort or did it remodel the whole suit to look like WK ?) and started judging Madoka.

From the looks of it, Madoka needs to rely on a lot of medical nanomachines for whatever reason. So it seems that she's also suffering.

An Ichika vs Chifuyu scenario and then followed by a loving conclusion between the two later on which leads to them realizing something special... that's a really great scene.

Or If Chifuyu is revealed to be the bad guy and Ichika tries to stop her but then ends with Ichika unable to defeat her but pulls through with a suicide attack which kills them both... in the end they both are near death but still expresses their love for each other and dies together...

Too hopeful of me and probably the 2nd one is far from happening in the story... but it sure strikes me though as a possible scenario.

Even if Madoka's considered not worthy and a 'failure' by Chifuyu, Tabane recognizes her as an Orimura: she even called her 'Orimura Madoka' and instantly began to fawn on her. So there's got to be some truth to her claim on the name Orimura or else Tabane would have probably done something far worse to her if she was indeed a fake.

As for Phantom Task telling Ichika to be careful of Chifuyu... That lends to a pet theory of mine that Chifuyu broke away from someone/group with enough money/resources to participate in genetic manipulation. If she herself was a member of Phantom Task, or her family was... hnnn. It would explain a whole lot about how she behaved before and after Phantom Task kidnapped Ichika the first time.

That story 'Truth Be Told' just might become true.

I still want to see just what Chifuyu and Maya were doing to him in the bath though... Never thought that Chifuyu would be that open about being in the same onsen as her brother.
