Faeyice 9/10 I liked the colours, and the blending was very natural, the only thing I can point out is that the text seems un-noticable at first glance, but it's great other than that ^_^

Aoie_Emesai 8/10 for your current one, as pretty as the random circles are, they seem a little out of places, and the text is really hard to read. But the blending worked for me though.
7.75/10 for your SOTM entry, both the background and foreground is really great by itself, but they don't match once put together. Either fill up your background more or make Cirno more water painting like. another thing I just noticed was that the render wasn't covering enough part of the sig, I think it would look better if the render was bigger, even if it's just by a little bit.

~Chakra-chan~ 6.5 Arrgh >_< Stretched images are one if my many, many peeves, the image seemed bad qualitied, but I loled.

rate this please, it's for the SOTM, and I am still wondering why I would enter just to be crushed by the competition T_T
