I'm part of the minority that enjoys both Persona 3 and Bioshock. It's true that generally they tend to appeal to different crowds though. |

I just got the game in today... I'll play it later as by coincidence a batch of DVDs I ordered weeks earlier also came in on the same day.
The packaging is kind of funny though: supposedly I need 9 standard memory cards to save the 67 MB (!) save game that the packaging claims the game uses. Also how about this line "70+ hours of gameplay packed with school activities". Yay, school activities. Just what I what I needed |

the school activities are actually sort of fun, its sort of like a dating sim rather than "school" aside from the occasional in-class question. I'm not extremely fond of how the relationship part plays such a huge role in combat abilities, but man am i addicted to this game :S

still for the first run to be fun u have to level some SL to make the strongest persona, the most important ones obviously being "STAR"
then again everyone plays their own style and some elect not to use luicifer and satan

I think for once I'm thoroughly enjoying the plot. I've already spoiled myself with both endings, and I'm rushing to get to the good ending so I can enjoy it on my own TV. I'm a little hesitant to start New Game + once I play through everything though. I'm already feeling a connection to the characters I meet, and restarting makes me a little sad. D:

SMT series as a whole is a completely different breed compare to FF, and Persona is no different at all. I'm not certain as to what u can compare P3 to really...since it is very unique

there's a serious lack of yukari in here >_>
anyways i'm almost done the game, i have to say, aside from Fuuka's annoying VA, this game deserves a 9.9/10! Must play for all anime RPG fans @_@ i'll probably spend my next 3 days trying to fuse up the ultimate Messiah XD

Well....there is hacked/patched version that has Japanese voice. They replace the dub by the original voice, so I'm actually in love with Fuuka XD. Also, her seiyuu is Noto Mamiko, which is Tsukamoto Yakumo's seiyuu .
Note: In order to play that, your PS2 chip must be modded. I, for once, feel grateful that my PS2 is modded ^^. I also have one question....can you date Aegis? |

Great game for its presentation, dark storyline, little level grinding, a bit of teamwork from the AI members and random dungeon maps. The "all out attacks" are hilarious and wouldn't it be great if dorms were that extravagant?
Just didn't like the "dating sim" part at first since it kind of slows down the game and story but, got used to it.
