Since we were shown that other people other than Ryuuko can use her kamui, wouldn't be surprised if in a future episode, Mako wears it for one battle when Ryuuko's in a pitch or away on vacation and win a fight.

I really liked how Satsuki smiled after Mako rejected her two-star uniform. Makes me think she will put her support behind her in that Reprisal General Election.
