Kind of nice that (thus far) the main character hasn't had to once again go all out and take over the fight. Good to see how the human characters take care of business on their own. It was close though

Wow, Kikoru is taking major steps to be main heroine. And I thought the childhood friend would be the designated main heroine. Kafka finally sheds off his fear and we get his transformation which had been missing for a long time.

Considering the stuff that gets serialized that probably wouldn't even break top100 of the creepy stuff. But for now, Kikoru is just awesome in her badassery.^^
