She was there more for theme of episode than plot orientated character, she actually isn't in the novels from what I hear.

If Celty's head got grafted onto that Harima girl's body, what happened to the poor girls real head?!

Mika's head could be the one in the Jar back in episode 6.

From what the med guy's said to Shinra we would assume that they know Celty is with him. They are also most the likely party that took her head and did the grafting. Why did they let the head lose running around the city?

Yeah that's the strange thing, which either means that they don't know if it's actually Cetly staying with Shinra or, there's more Mika's mystery then meets the eye.

The issue of Shinra not able to be honest with Celty is quite important. Yes, he loves her, but he couldn't go pass the "worship" side of things and start treating her the way she wanted to be treated instead.

Yes they do, yes they do. The sketchbook has them (in the one that said... Errr... Hanejima Yuuhei), and (the one I missed in first time watching) when Yumasaki talked to Simon, the background has the twins. Walking oh-so-obviously.

Not sure if the credits have their name though, forgot to check :| But still only time will tell if the anime ever arrive at the point that has the twins. To be honest, I do want them to appear properly~

After rewatching that scene you might be right. I thought he seemed to be genuinely enjoying it but then again maybe those tears were the proof that he wasn't. In which case Celty did have the right to be annoyed.

Personally i just see them with the brother and sister realtionship, where Celty and Shinra are more like the married couple.

Celty, infuriated by the fruitlessness of the search for her own head, clashes with Shinra and leaves their apartment. As Shinra awaits her return, he has an unexpected guest. (Note: I'm hoping it's Shingen - not another anime filler character plz plz) Meanwhile, an international student named Shiri (Note: definitely another anime filler character. No idea how best to romanize that) is walking the streets of Ikebukuro holding a placard and a sketchbook.

It was likely for some sort of College project.

Sooo...is headless Celty's home-made cooking still floating inside an orb of darkness? Shame, especially after seeing Simon's sushi The episode was good, although Shinra's fortune cookie wants to shatter shipping logic to little bits!

^The black ball makes for a very cool decoration. Speaking of Simon's sushi, I was surprised Shinra ate them all. Does this mean even this was better than Selty's cooking?

Would be pretty good if Celty bothered asking Shinra if he sees her as an experiment or if he loves her...most of the time his comments are focused on her functions too.

I actually face palmed myself a little as in retrospect it was insanely obvious. I guess I kept getting fooled with a mental image that her head would be some blonde.
